Comment : This was my second visit to Bellbrook Automotive. After getting an issue checked out, I inquired about an estimate for front brakes. Jenny called me back and asked me why I thought I needed brakes. I explained that I had just noticed some minor squealing, so I assumed it was time to replace them. However, she informed me that I had plenty of brake pads left and that my rotors were in good condition. She told me she couldn t in good faith tell me that I needed brakes. Instead, she explained the possible causes of the minor squealing. From now on, I ve decided to use Bellbrook Automotive for all my repair needs. The detailed information and honesty she showed gave me great comfort and trust in knowing that my family and I will be in good hands when it comes to any car trouble. Comment : Super efficient and not crazy expensive! They found a mistake that was made by another mechanic just a few months ago that charged me thousands of dollars to fix and they didn t even fix it right. Bellbrook Automotive found the issue, fixed it for 1/4 of the price and put preventative measures in to make sure it never happens again.
