Comment : Shout out to Ryan and the rest of the staff at Bee-Line. I was from out of state and by myself with my teen and my check engine light came on and my car wasn’t running well. Emotional and overwhelmed I stumbled on the closet shop to where I was. Thankfully it was them. Ryan greeted me in the parking lot. Before I could even finish what was going on, he told me to pull my vehicle up to the bay so he could look at it. He stopped what he was doing and focused on my car without hesitation or making me feel like an inconvenience. With in a few minutes he diagnosed it. My alternator was bad. We ordered the part and he had me on my way with no issues very quickly. His pricing was fair and his customer service was exceptional! I am actually so shocked he doesn’t have a 5 star review. If I could have given my experience more than a 5 star, I would have. Thank you Ryan. You don’t know how much stress you removed from my day and how much reassurance I have now knowing I will make it back home without issues. And thank you to his service writer who was in the office. She was very pleasant and accommodating.
