Comment : I had a great experience with Beaufort Towing this past weekend thanks to Louis. He came to assist me when I had two flat tires and was incredibly helpful and patient with my friend and I during what was a very stressful situation for us.

My car insurance company was unfortunately not very helpful at the time, but Louis reassured us that he would not leave us alone in the dark on the side of the highway in an unfamiliar area. That meant a lot and made us feel much safer.

I am so grateful that Louis and Beaufort Towing were there to help me during such a stressful moment. I truly appreciate the kindness and reassurance he provided. I highly recommend Beaufort Towing for anyone having car issues!!

Comment : Louis from Beaufort Towing truly went above and beyond for my friend and me when we had the misfortune of getting two emergency flat tires. Being stuck on the side of the road was incredibly stressful, but Louis immediately made the situation feel more manageable.

He stayed with us for over an hour, patiently helping us work through insurance issues and making sure we had everything sorted out. He went out of his way to safely get us off the side of the road and over to a tire repair shop.

He absolutely did not have to go the extra mile the way he did, but he did it anyway, and it honestly saved our trip. We?re so grateful for his kindness, patience, and willingness to help during such a stressful moment. Thank you, Louis!

Comment : I used this tow company through my insurance, thinking everything was fully covered—just like the message I received from them said. When the driver arrived, I was suddenly told I had to pay out-of-pocket for “overage” that was never disclosed beforehand. I asked for proof—receipt, invoice, anything—and was told, “we don’t do that” and to take it up with my insurance. He tried to show me something on his phone, but when I asked him to send it to me, he started stuttering and said they don’t send anything.

I went ahead and paid just to get the car to the shop, expecting reimbursement from my insurance. Later I find out the driver didn’t even leave the key with the mechanic, so the car couldn’t be worked on. I called the company, and the same driver casually says, “Yeah, that was me—I got distracted.” He promised to bring it first thing the next morning.

Next morning? No key. My mechanic had to call and remind him, and apparently, he forgot again.

I’m not from around here, and maybe this kind of service is normal locally, but where I’m from, you get documentation, communication, and a little professionalism. This whole experience was messy, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. I know you probably don’t care, but seriously—tighten up and do better.

Comment : I recently used Beaufort Towing for an emergency oil leak following an oil change provided by walmart. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, quality, and customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right product for my needs.I especially appreciated prompt response time and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Towing/mechanical services! They surely saved the day!!!

Comment : Lifesaver!! Traveling through SC towing an enclosed car trailer when my pickup quit. My insurance called these guys. Lewis showed up on about 40 minutes, others were telling me 2-1/2 to 3 hours. He didn't have a ball to pull my trailer also but phoned a friend to bring him. Rather than cut and run, he got me to my destination safely. Thanks again!
