Comment : I am not sure how this place recieves such great reviews. I felt as though I was being taken to the cleaners. I went in knowing that I had a wheel bearing needing replacement on the front drivers side. I was quoted that it would be a $90 diagnostic fee. It turns out the diagnostic fee was $190. The diagnosis's came back and I was at a loss for words. I was told that I needed wheel bearing on BOTH the driver and passenger front. I was also informed that the bushings for the control arms needed to be replaced. The cost for this: $2822 plus an alignment @ $125. I informed them that I would be picking up my 2014 Toyota Corolla and doing it myself. I decided to go to Auto Doctors @ 172 Mead Rd Ste C Hardeeville, SC 29927. I told him what was diagnosed by Beachside Auto Care and he said he would diagnose also (No Charge). Jason came back saying that only 1 wheel bearing was bad (the one I thought) and my control arm bushings with showing wear, but did not need repair yet. Total bill from Auto Doctor $425. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID BEACHSIDE TIRE AND AUTO.

Comment : Minus 2 stars. Say they won't work on older than 05 sight unseen. Weak. Shop and reception look a bit too clean - like a shop that rips people off.

Comment : These guys are the best! I used theirr new online service to book an appointment for spark plugs. The service messed up (not their fault) and booked me for another service that only took an hour. I discovered this when I showed up. After my vehicle cooled down, the required service took three hours. Luckily I had booked an early appointment and even more wonderful, they somehow squeezed me and my necessary three hours into their already full day. They let me use a loaner so I did not sit there all day and wait and were an absolute delight to work with. I shall continue to recommend them to others and will surely be back. Thank you!!

Comment : My car needed maintenance after driving cross country in December 2021. I contacted Beachside Tire and auto repair and they got me in right away. The wait wasn't long, the price was very affordable! Definitely going back for all maintenance while I'm in the area for the next for months.
