Comment : From start to finish, Solomon at Bayway Lincoln made our car-buying experience amazing! He was so welcoming and easy to talk to, and you could tell right away that he truly cares about his customers. He was patient, kind, and walked us through every step without any pressure at all.
Solomon has a great personality funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Solomon and his energy, we probably would’ve taken our business elsewhere. He made all the difference!

Comment : I had an exceptional experience at Bayway Lincoln thanks to Solomon! We had actually come in previously, but the first person we spoke to didn’t offer any assistance or seem interested in helping us. Thankfully, that all changed when Solomon gave us a call—he truly blessed us with the vehicle we wanted and an experience we’ll never forget.

From the moment we arrived, Solomon made us feel genuinely welcome. His customer service skills are top-tier—patient, attentive, and truly caring about every one of our needs. He guided us through every step of the process with ease, never once making us feel pressured or rushed.

What really stood out was his charismatic personality—he’s funny, warm, and incredibly thorough. He stayed late just to make sure everything was handled perfectly and never made us feel rushed. He was honest about the entire process and showed real integrity from start to finish. On top of that, he helped me get the exact car I wanted at a great price!

Comment : It's been one year since I bought my used vehicle from Bayway Lincoln on the Gulf Fwy, in which I am mostly pleased with the unit so far; having to replace thing here and there that are designed to be replaced like TPMS sensors and vapor canister purge valve so far. Alex was also a very compassionate and friendly salesman. However, what disappoints me is finding out that the used car finance person I dealt with outright lied to me by telling me that the lender would only finance me if I purchased an extended warranty. This is literally deceptive sales practices, in which I continue to debate on filling a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office! Furthermore, the extended warranty was not only non-refundable at $4150 (plus interest because it was financed in the loan), but it also only covers basic powertrain components, has a $500 deductible and is only for only 3 yrs 36,000 miles. He knew I was in a desperate situation and took total advantage! Shame on him! I can only imagine how many people he has done this to, as to line his own pocket with commission. I do hope this is shared with the Wischnewsky family, for these slimy sales practices kill great businesses.

Comment : Go see Travis at Bayway Lincoln if you want a salesperson who is honest and had integrity. He listened to what I needed, got me what I wanted and needed, for a better price than I had hoped for. He even stayed later to make sure everything was perfect with a smooth transition from one car to the next and stayed with me after hours to help get the paper plate on and everything. Very kind.
The hidden gem at Bayway is Fred the Fantastic Finance guru. He has a long time experience with finance and banks, and it shows. Really thankful for his knowledge and care at this point bc it made all the difference and got me a better monthly payment than my own bank!
Thank you for my new car and taking care of my beautiful Honda accord sport SE. Will be back in a few years. *bonus, sweet parting gift from Lincoln.
