Comment : Talk to a woman a week ago was told to come in at 11 AM March 27 which is today and that they could fix my car. I explained the situation the year making model they said to come in today so I drove 40 miles because right now I have a permit on my car. I need it fixed to pass inspection like I have like a week left now they said they can fix it. Everything is good to go. Well not only did I drive 40 miles because I have to drop my car off, but my fianc? also drove That way I could get back home well, I get there. They don’t know what I’m talking about and they told me they can’t fix it So they wasted my gas and my time and now I have to find somewhere else to take my car and I have less than a week. 100 percent don’t recommend. They are ignorant.

Comment : Not the most ideal location but the service is great. Alex is knowledgeable and transparent with repair needs and pricing. Works on my 12 yo Kia and my 4 yo Range Rover. Have found my forever auto repair and maintenance facility.

Comment : This is the very first auto mechanic shop that has treated me great. I am an elderly woman and all the other repair shops tell me I need everything under the sun ???? done to my car. After paying them about $10,000.00 over time I started to think something is wrong. They were never saying I needed normal things done but some off the wall things done. Now I tell them to write everything done that they are claiming I need done to my car and I take it to a reputable repair shop. I only wished Bayside Automotive had a shop in MD. Comment : I called BAYSIDE AUTO CARE INC to get an appointment for my suv and wow not only did they give it to me for the same day, but they were also very friendly, professional and above all very honest, Alex (owner) personally checked my car and gave me a diagnosis, he looked for the best way to help solve my situation, a very honest person who cares about customers and not only to get money like most mechanics, he took the time to explain to me and gave me advice to avoid future damage.
