Comment : Mijn auto was onlangs betrokken bij een ongeluk en ik ben blij dat ik voor deze waarschijnlijk beste garage heb gekozen. De klantenservice is hier uitstekend. Chandler en Helen zijn allebei erg vriendelijk. De monteurs zijn grondig en stipt. Mijn auto had twee nieuwe deuren aan de linkerkant nodig... en ze hebben hem weer als nieuw (of zelfs beter) gemaakt. Hartelijk dank aan het hele team dat mijn auto weer rijklaar heeft gemaakt. Een echte aanrader. Ik zal deze garage zeker overwegen voor toekomstige autoreparaties.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : If you?re looking for a collision center you can trust, this is it. I felt with Chandler, Adrian and Gary. Chandler kept me informed on the progress of my car, took time after 5pm to explain things in a way I could understand. When it was time to clean my car out bc it was totaled, Adrian & Gary were so nice and helped me so much. The entire team went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. Good people all around here.

Comment : I thought I needed a new splash guard, but the technicians reattached the damaged one at no cost. Very impressive. I didn't pay anything today, but they won a customer for life!

Comment : I took my vehicle in at 850 W 40th for the annual inspection. The appointment was easy to make, folks in the office were very friendly and I was in and out in less time that stated. Highly recommend!

Comment : E.T and his office assistant (im sorry I don’t remember her name) took great care of me and the issue with my battery replacement that pepboys on military hwy messed up. Safe to say I won’t be going back to Peoboys, but I can trust Bay collision and their communication is top notch. Only Bay collision has my future business!!
