Comment : I had to get my truck repaired after a delivery truck backed into it. Bay OldDominion was great! Got me in for an estimate quickly and repaired the truck beautifully! Matched the paint perfectly. And???. they called a week later to give me a $170 refund because the factory gave them a rebate on a part they replaced. They easily could have pocketed this and I would have never known. Can???t say enough about the quality of work the did, timely repair and most importantly THE BEST service I???ve experienced in Norolk period! I???d give them 10 stars if possible. Comment : Brought my car in to get some cosmetic damaged fixed after going through flood water and was very pleased with service. Staff was kind and my car was fixed quickly within the day. They even gave it a wash which was a treat for my car. Definitely recommend this business to those in need of car repairs!

Comment : I'm late posting; my experience was in late March/early April. I took my car in for repairs for a parking lot incident. They updated me consistently, and had my car ready a day before they had promised it. The manager gave it one final rinse before I picked it up because he didn't want to give it back to me covered in pollen. This was my second experience at this shop, and I would definitely return.

Comment : Had a small mishap in a parking lot and my front part of the car got hung and decided to get it looked at so called this shop and met a guy named Chandler who was super friendly and helpful, he was able to help me get my car looking like brand new in under an hour day of my appointment. Highly recommend this place for your car needs. :)

Comment : They did great job fixing my bumper. When I first went in for my estimate they told me they would order all the materials to fix my car and that I should hear from them from 3 to 5 days. I did not hear from them and I had to call back to get an update. They had told me that the previous owner forgot to place an order for my bumper so this delayed the process of me getting my bumper fixed, when I arrive to drop off my car, The person working, the front desk was a little rude. They kept asking me when my ride is coming and they hope that I???m not staying here for the whole three hours. I had explained to them multiple times that I was just waiting for an Uber in my opinion asking a customer multiple times when they???re leaving isn???t really a welcoming environment where customers are going to want to enter. Keep in mind they don???t have Apple Pay but overall great service for a great price.
