Comment : Didn't expect this level of craftmanship. Car looks like it just came off the lot. Used insurance, but for the job they did, seemed like the estimate was reasonably priced. I should crash cars more often (jk).

Comment : We thought we were doing good by going local. Unfortunately that was a bad call. Between the insurance adjuster and the shop missing vital parts needing to be replaced but then to be added later making the car a total loss after work had been started. Of course both started pointing fingers at each other. The only one who made out was the rental car company for the delays. Three months later parts are now falling off the car because nothing lines up on the body. Take it from this post get a second opinion.We thought we were doing good by going local. Comment : Not my first time at this shop and it definitely will not be my last. Fair prices, transparent, and very patient with folks who may not have a lot of experience in collisions or cars in general. Customer service is one of the best I ve seen. Highly recommend.

Comment : This is my second experience using Bay Old Dominion. I returned the second time because I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service and the explanation of what to expect for the bodywork of my vehicle. Both times I had been in accidents that were not my fault. I appreciated them getting the estimates over to the insurance company quickly and I like that I was able to have the payment sent to them and didn t have to deal with any of the financial aspects between them and the insurance company. Comment : Beware of this place. They are a so called state farm collision center. The company completed wasted my time and gas by refusing to do an estimate because they were not guaranteed the work.
