Comment : E.T and his office assistant (im sorry I don’t remember her name) took great care of me and the issue with my battery replacement that pepboys on military hwy messed up. Safe to say I won’t be going back to Peoboys, but I can trust Bay collision and their communication is top notch. Only Bay collision has my future business!!

Comment : Never gave me an accurate timeline. Didn’t repair my vehicle properly, the CV axel they installed wasn’t installed properly and they didn’t tell me about the subframe damage my vehicle had.
