Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I've spent a lot od $$ with them in the last 8 urs or so. The last time they worked on my 2015 GMC Sierra I thought it had a bad ignition coil. James called me and said there wasn't a bad coil and the only fix was a new engine. I had my doubts. Drove it to Pine Bluff the next day to my nephew's shop and it in fact did have a bad coil and was fixed. When the hood was opened I imeaditly noticed the air intake was broken and Baxley broke it. Otherwise he would have told me it was broke because it has to be removed to do anything. James didn't offer to to repair or replace. Needless to say I was disappointed but l let it go. Here's my biggest turn off. I have a 40 gooseneck trailer and broke a shock that bent the bottom bolt that 8"L & I couldn't remove a bracket. I went in and James if he would put it in his press. He absolutely refused to help. I took it to Dubs and it took him less than 3 minutes press the bolt so I could remove the bracket. That really showed me who the folks at Baxley truly are. Comment : I took my Ram 2500 in because the heat wasn't working right. Because of my work schedule, I had to drop it off on a Sunday night. The key deposit is very easy to use and safe. You just fill out the information on the envelope, put the keys in and drop it. Very secure. They did a great job checking through items and keeping me informed about what they found and how much it would cost when they diagnosed the problem. I had to pick it up after hours, so I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my truck. Heat works great now!Very professional, great communication, price was very reasonable.
