Comment : I've spent a lot od $$ with them in the last 8 urs or so. The last time they worked on my 2015 GMC Sierra I thought it had a bad ignition coil. James called me and said there wasn't a bad coil and the only fix was a new engine. I had my doubts. Drove it to Pine Bluff the next day to my nephew's shop and it in fact did have a bad coil and was fixed. When the hood was opened I imeaditly noticed the air intake was broken and Baxley broke it. Otherwise he would have told me it was broke because it has to be removed to do anything. James didn't offer to to repair or replace. Needless to say I was disappointed but l let it go. Here's my biggest turn off. I have a 40 gooseneck trailer and broke a shock that bent the bottom bolt that 8"L & I couldn't remove a bracket. I went in and James if he would put it in his press. He absolutely refused to help. I took it to Dubs and it took him less than 3 minutes press the bolt so I could remove the bracket. That really showed me who the folks at Baxley truly are. Comment : I took my Ram 2500 in because the heat wasn't working right. Because of my work schedule, I had to drop it off on a Sunday night. The key deposit is very easy to use and safe. You just fill out the information on the envelope, put the keys in and drop it. Very secure. They did a great job checking through items and keeping me informed about what they found and how much it would cost when they diagnosed the problem. I had to pick it up after hours, so I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my truck. Heat works great now!Very professional, great communication, price was very reasonable. Comment : My car was making a rattling noise from my resonator, it's a part of the exhaust so I went in to have my car strait piped I had called the day before I'm not sure who I talked to but they said we could strait pipe my car no issue so I went the next day and when I went inside and up to the counter to talk about what was going on with my car and I felt really unwelcome not by the place by the person at the counter he wasn't very talkative I had talked more to his wife or a woman that was benind him than I did to him and she later told me she knows nothing about cars, okay so why didn't the guy that was there and went and talked to the mechanic not wanna talk to me much so I had a feeling and my feeling was correct when the man was checking me out and he said I had a bad rubber hanger that holds my exhaust up in place and my heat shield needed to be bent because it was rusted and bent up which I really was looking forward to my car having a strait pipe and it being a little more loud but I was fine and gonna deal with it as long as the rattling was gone, but when I saw the price for almost 80$ dollars I was baffled because my car was only in the bay for about ten minutes but like I said my car didn't make a rattling anymore so I payed and before I left to go to work I said if this doesn't fix it I wanna cut it off like we agreed over the phone and the man agreed , so I wasn't disappointed yet because I had a whole hour of driving no rattling when at red lights or stopped I was pretty happy just because the sound was gone so as I pulled into work I was all happy and went in and got my coworker to come look cause they knew how bad the rattling was, well when I went to show him which I have on video my car the second I start it is just rattling away almost worse then before I'm not sure if it's because they bent the heat shield or the new hanger well I was livid bc the whole reason I went was so my car would stop rattling so I left work and went back and I was upset and it was just the man no woman this time so I was wanting to stait pipe it because it hadn't worked and he then sat there and quoted me for another 170$ where I almost lost it so because I came here for one issue how are u gonna charge me for something and it not be the work I wanted in the first place and that's why I have a problem with the guy not being talkitive to me and why I demand that I wanted my money back because the work he did didn't do anything and wasn't what I wanted in the first place which when I said that he got rude with me saying let me get your car out of my shop and tried telling me that it's not how that works for getting my money back yes it is how it works sir I wanted a service, a service that I called about and we agreed on over the phone as one thing not what I got so yes I want my money back because he didn't listen or talk to me and just put a new hanger on and bent the shield that's not what we talked about oh we didn't talk rightttt so yea he got rude and I even said he could take his parts back I didn't care cause I was going to go somewhere else to get it straight piped and so I wanted my keys immediately because you don't know when someone is mad because they can't get you and you stand up for yourself what they can do to your or my car but he gave me my money and my keys back and I left and went to THE MUFFLER SHOP AND PAID 165$ for a stait pipe and a badass tip which is in the picture below so just know I would definitely not recommend at all and I would steer clear if I was you and I can't post videos of the rattling with the cost paid paper but there is a picture below if my Spelling is bad or my punctuation this is my first review ever online if u read this entire thing thank you and again do not recommend to anyone do to the way they do business and how unprofessional and non talkitive they were.The best part is I would have forgotten to write this whole review but I got a letter in the mail, why would I get a thank you letter especially after what had happened so thank you baxley's for reminding me to post this????????My car was making a rattling noise from my resonator, it's a part of the exhaust so I went in to have my car strait piped I had called the day before I'm not sure who I talked to but they said we could strait pipe my car no issue so I went ???More

Comment : We called 8-ish shops before being referred to Baxley???s Auto Repair for a replacement manifold on our F-250. All other shops pretty much said to drive our truck off the cliff or get rid of it fast! Baxley???s was the first shop interested in looking at it and gladly did the job. Very reasonable price and completed in just a few days.
