Comment : I have had multiple things done at Baum Blvd Automotive and have taken 2 different cars there. Ryan is very friendly and helpful upfront, and all the work was completed in one day. I also thought that the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was great! I will certainly be continuing to use Baum Blvd Automotive!

Comment : Come here if you're rich or got money to burn. Almost the same price as the dealership! Which is shocking to me... They can't actually compare to the dealership in service and parts.... They are nice, but their prices for repairs are some of the highest in the area for an independent service shop

Comment : Unfortunate series of problems with my vehicle. This team was extremely professional and upfront. Will be coming back in the future for any and all issues. They were also super fast with repairs

Comment : Nice folks, but they quoted my car for 10 times the price that it actually needed to be repaired. Go somewhere else for inspections.

Comment : Very disappointed in the recent service from Baum Auto. I have been taking my 08 civic in for inspection for years and most recently their service has been lacking. I took my car in for yearly inspection back in January and asked them to change the oil during it. Less than a month later I get a service light for my oil needing to be changed. Had to do that myself during a long trip then at a relatives so I could make the trip back to Pittsburgh. At this inspection there is no mention of any issues with the wheels. Well just last week I took my car in for a persistent air leak in the rear left tire to get it looked at and patched or replaced. They call me back and say there is severe dry rot in both rear tires and that they will need to be replaced (they also mentioned that I had SUV wheels on a sedan for some reason. I found that funny since they were the only shop that ever replaced tires on my car in the past so it wasn't me unless those were the tires the dealer put on!). I agree to the work and it comes out to just under $400 worth of repairs. I drive it back from the shop and within a day the front left tire is already nearly flat, down to just 8. I think hey, maybe they just put it on that way and it needs air is all. Fill it up and park it over night then check the air today. It fell from 33 to 21 over night. Leaving aside the fact it looks like they put a bad wheel on my car and I'm left with the same problem I took it in for just $382 poorer, how did they not notice this dry rot that was so bad at the inspection less than a year ago? Plus forgetting the requested oil change. I am at my wits end with Baum Auto and will be looking for a different shop to take my business going forward. I will say their staff is mostly friendly and I have no trouble scheduling with them, but their work has been very spotty and even suspicious to me. I hate having to leave a 1 star review to a shop I've been loyal to for years but I can't ignore the consistent issues I have been seeing over the years.
