The lights are on vehicle report I was purchasing and all lights were marked as "working". It is not working and they were aware of that.When I picked up my car, I learn that they did not do the oil change at all! They had my car for 8 hours and did not complete the small services that I had scheduled.In summary, I am leaving with no oil change, in need of brake pads, a tail light that is out and a loud clicking sound when I turn. I guess I will have to go somewhere else to get these things taken care of!I've been here in the past and had a good experience. But with this level of miscommunication and incompetence, I don't know if I can trust this place.'> Reviewed : 04/07/2026 Comment : Feel like I was being rushed out, services not completed and I paid $170 for who knows what.I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, vehicle condition report and to check on a clicking sound. I am driving across country soon and wanted to get my car checked and maintenance before leaving. I took the day off of work to have this done.Dropped my car off at 8:30 am. Got a call 3:30pm saying that after the thorough inspection of my car, all I need are rear brake pads but they cannot do it today.The guy (I don't remember his name) did not mention the clicking sound, so I asked if he had checked it. He sounded confused, not knowing what I was asking about. He then said he would go and check on it and call me back. He called back 15 minutes later and said "good news, I hear the sound so you are not crazy, but I cannot diagnose it" Huh.
