Bassett Auto was very kind, friendly and so Thorough with the simple thing as a missed gasket. They took pictures, and for less than 90$ put in what had been missing when Purchased off the lot.

What was super kind was that we had to leave the car over night and they allowed us as well as insured it was secured. If you need to wait, the atmosphere is inviting and old school diner ish with a couple tables and juke box to set while your car gets fixed.

This was just a simple fix visit and were treated like long time customers. While it seems like it's only 4 stars, I'd rather give one more for our next visit, which we surely will have to maintain our Nissans.

Thank You Mr. Playford, we look forward to being regulars in your Whimsical shop.

Comment : Really nice honest gentleman who explain everything to you. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, it?s intimidating to go to an auto shop. But these guys made me feel listened too, and made sure I understood what was happening and what they were doing. They even spoke to my dad about it all to make me feel comfortable.
