Comment : Claimed they knew how to work on European cars and failed. Out of almost a thousand dollars because they didn’t know how to properly fix a leak. Told me to bring my car back so they can “fix” what they were paid to fix originally. Hellllll NO. Wouldn’t trust you to fix a tire. Tried to convince me they were giving me a deal, but really overcharged. Don’t trust these ppl. You’ve been warned.

Forgive me for not wanting to use your cheap aftermarket parts I would’ve preferred to supply you with factory original

If I choose to use a Motorcraft versus a aftermarket cheap version, you should allow your customers to do that

You just lost $1500 On a repair over a $30 gasket you wouldn’t let me supply you with

Sometimes a factory original gasket is better than aftermarket cheap ones

Customers with classic cars, especially like ours We’re not gonna put cheap aftermarket overseas junk
If we prefer to supply apart and that part is in a sealed carton and it’s an original and it’s never been used Would’ve hurt to let a customer use it

Comment : I had an excellent experience at Barstow Car Clinic. Their customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A big thank you to Kevin at the front and very kind lady, who was welcoming and made the process smooth and easy. And special thanks to Lawrence, who went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He was professional, attentive, and truly cared about getting the job done right.

I really appreciate the extra effort from Lawrence and the mechanic crew.

Comment : We had a problem on the way to California with our tire. He stopped at the car clinic said they couldn’t find a leak. Then we had stopped on the way back. We Had a tire problem with the same tire. They went above and beyond to help us great place to take your car people are trustworthy

Comment : Mr D’s that is now partnered with barstow car clinic who also owns Midas messed up my Honda took it in for a water pump job they did the timing cross threaded the bolt for the tensioner now a 370$ turned into a nightmare and they won’t fix it and disappeared and changed their name because all of their customers bad reviews and bad experience if my engine doesn’t get fixed I’ll be taking them to small claims court now I have to get a whole new engine after my part failed after a month this is bs

Comment : I went in for an oil change, my car sat out in the lot for over an hour before they got to it then three hours later they said it was done and I get in my car and the seat is all the way back and my radio has been messed with then I start the car and the screen still shows that it needs an oil change in seven days,they didn't recalibrate the computer and when I asked why they said they didn't know how,then it took three people to figure it out and it took thirty minutes to get it fixed l will not be going to your place of business again you suck

Comment : They repair my hub and bearing but left my car not aligned with the steering wheel. I explained to them that I had just paid for the alignment a few weeks back in another place and the alignment was left fine. They refused to fix the issue. I myself will not go back again for any repairs ...
