Comment : It's great to see such dedication to get somewhere so quickly, but not at everyone else on the roads expense. My wife and I were driving home tonight and were cut off by the Barsh white dually truck. We were doing almost 60mph on 105 and this truck blew by, cut us off and hauled ass... right to the social club bar on 105. Wow! Great representation for the company.

Comment : Went because my car broke down near by. Charged me 1500 for a radiator and a flush (which they didn't change i marked with a special marker to check post pick up cause i dont trust mechanics ) Tried to charge 2000 for fuel pump only after radiator wasn't the problem. Took to a different mechanic found the problem instantly and only charged 300 for fix. So not only does barsh scam but they arnt as mechanically inclined as advertised. Customer service was good until I didn't want to pay for extra services then it was just attitude.

Comment : I am new to the area and did not know any good or trustworthy mechanic shop until my local Jiffy Lube recommended this place. I have been very anxious about my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder (Ruby) for a while now. Check engine light kept coming on and staying on for a while now and then I start hearing noises when I use the gas. So based on the recommendation I took my Ruby in for a diagnostic. I am a firm believer now that every car owner, (new, used, or seasonal), should take their car for a diagnostic so they have a clear picture what is under the hood and such. Which would reduce the likelihood of getting stranded either on a busy highway or secluded road. For my issues yes, they quoted me a priced that was a bit pricy for my wallet at the time. The issues were in a very difficult spot for their mechanics to reach easily., so I completely understood that. But instead of walking off upset they recommend I take my car to a muffler shop to see if they could fix my issue. And I did upon their recommendation and at this time my Ruby is running beautifully again, and the engine light is now off. Due to their upfront honesty and their sincere compassion about my issue, I will definitely be coming back. My anxiety and stress over my car are now in the mellow stage. Now that I have found a trustworthy mechanic shop, when my Ruby or any other vehicle I own start getting sick or feel a little off, I now know where to go. I definitely will be recommending my friends to this shop. Thanks Barsh Auto Service for not only taking a look at my Ruby but also help me reduce my car anxiety too.

Comment : We have Barsh work exclusively on my mother’s 2004 Mercury Grande Marquis. Over the last 3 years since she moved to Texas, they have repaired and maintained her immaculate car. Everything they have recommended be repaired (prior to breakdown) has made her car ‘feel like new again’ according to my mother. The most recent repair of the rear struts and suspension system, although not a cheap repair on an old car, made her so happy and the car drove and rode so much better. They are quick to keep me updated on the process of inspection, recommended maintenance, and status of repairs when they have the vehicle. I appreciate the top notch customer service! This week, Chris was the most helpful and attentive, but I’ve only had great service from this location. If they worked on diesel engines at this location they would also have the business for my Ram.
