Comment : Went here to rent a U-Haul trailer and the gentleman told me I had to have an alternate phone number to rent the trailer. I didn???t give him one, he didn???t rent me the trailer (even though the information request (alternate phone number) said optional when you go through the app to Check in. Thanks for saving me 250 and whatever commission you get from the rental.

Comment : My daughter's vehicle on I35 in Dallas. Called Barry's and the gentleman on the phone got the location, informed of the towing payment options and was very nice. Mr Harrison arrived and towed the vehicle to my residence,, he was super nice and helpful. Not bad for 7am services on I35.. Definitely 5 star service.
