Comment : When I got there the lady who waited on me was super friendly and let me know what I need according to the miles on my car and I appreciated that. And the wait time was not that bad.

Comment : On today my husband and I went to Banner Chevrolet On Chef and Downman rd. We have been customers of Banner for a long time, previous and now, over the past 4 years anything that I needed done I was there, Service, oil change, whatever. But on today since I was questioning previous work that was done this man, the Service Manager. Trust me he should not even have that title. He was so very rude to me and my husband. He almost integrated us. Customer service goes a long way, his customer service skills is horrible very unprofessional. He also wanted to fight my husband. It was BAD!!! He should not be allowed to serve and more customer. Very aggroant, and RUDE!!!On today my husband and I went to Banner Chevrolet On Chef and Downman rd. Comment : This service department is trash!Everytime I need something fixed there's a long wait and no loaner vehicles.Either they're unable to retain mechanics,too many of thier vehicles have issues,or both.I talk to Pam and she set me up with a hertz rental,last saturday I go a week without hearing anything so I call her Friday and I'm told the truck is finished.I was on my eway to work at the time and told her I would get it tomorrow.Despite having to call myself to check on the vehicle I'm told that rentals start to generate charges after 7 days when I show up to get the damn truck.When I asked why nobody told me anything about that the worker and idiot manager of service laughed and said "you would be surprised how many people ignore that" as if that explains why they don't tell people when they're going to be charged.I then explained how unfair it is that I'm here because the new truck I bought from has a check engine light on,thier service department is backed up,they don't have any loaners,and after they failed to give me proper disclosures I'm responsible for rental payments.The manager then went on to try to fualt me for the mix up like I could act on information his staff didn't explain to me.Unfortunately hertz closed before I could get transportation there now I'm stuck with this rental vehicle that I'm being charged for till Monday.Spend your money somewhere else these people are incompetent,unethical,and don't care about the people who spend money with them.This service department is trash!Everytime I need something fixed there's a long wait and no loaner vehicles.Either they're unable to retain mechanics,too many of thier vehicles have issues,or both.I talk to Pam and she set me up with a More
