Comment : "As I m currently deployed, I usually handle my sister s car maintenance, but since I couldn t, she was referred to this shop one that supposedly has a good reputation. At least, that s what we were told. Unfortunately, my sister was completely scammed there s no other way to put it. Who would ve thought that simply getting a diagnostic would cost over $900 just to get her own car back?She was contacted only once about the vehicle, and the first thing they mentioned was a supposed transmission issue. Then came the shock the repair estimate was around **$10,000**. How does a shop examine a car, supposedly remove an entire engine, and never inform the owner? How was she expected to know what was wrong when there was zero communication?To make matters worse, when she moved the car elsewhere, she found out that the engine cover hadn t even been touched. No pictures, no updates just awful service. Frankly, no mother should be proud of anyone working there.To any woman looking for a trustworthy mechanic **avoid this place at all costs.** They will take advantage of you. Comment : These are the most unprofessional people I know ! Told me one thing about my car and then a million more other things came with it when it was just one problem to my car ! Had to come off 2,000 for nothing would not recommend you go there

Comment : They didn???t fix what they were supposed too. My truck still had the same issues I had to go somewhere else and they fixed it for cheaper, if we are paying so much you would think they would fix it.

Comment : Top notch business, office personnel are great they keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and quotes are on the money. Mechanics are some of the best Mechanics I've ever seen really do a good job. In my opinion Bakers is the best in town.
