Comment : Had to get a rebuilt transmission installed in my 2018 GMC pickup. It was what I thought it was no surprises. Listen there’s nothing great or exciting about having to replace your transmission. However, the price was fair and the vehicle was ready in exactly one week. They’ve been in business for 37 years and that stands for something thank you fellas and ladies at Baker automotive services for getting my vehicle back to me for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time.

Comment : Got some much needed work on my truck, which I thought was a little expensive, but hey what’s not expensive nowadays, but the main problem I had was I told Tyler Baker I only had one key to my vehicle, and told him put key somewhere but don’t lock it because I won’t be able to get in, “ we specifically talked about this on the phone” I went to go pick my truck up about 7:45p.m all doors was locked, I had to call a locksmith to open it for me, the next morning I reached out to Tyler Baker to get reimbursed for the locksmith because I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake, after talking to Tyler on the phone going back and forth about the situation, still didn’t get no help or nothing on the locksmith.
