Comment : Major props to Rob and the service Department at Baierl Ford in Zelienople. My 2022 Bronco Raptor ( Braptor ) has had a stubborn, mysterious fuel gauge issue since day one. After multiple trips elsewhere and a lot of head-scratching, I finally turned it over to Rob and that s when things got serious.His team dropped the entire fuel system (yep, tank and all), chased down the gremlin that s been living in there rent-free, and finally got it fixed. It took a few days, and I m pretty sure the poor tech assigned to my Braptor aged a few years in the process. Somewhere in that shop is a mechanic with thousand-yard stare and a newfound respect for Broncos.But hey fuel gauge is finally accurate, and I no longer have to top off every 100 miles just to play it safe.We all know people love to complain when things go wrong, but it s just as important to shout it from the rooftops when someone nails it. Rob and the service department at Baierl Ford is TOP notch!Thanks again, Rob. Comment : I have had horrible service at Baierl Ford 3 times. First time was my first oil change on a new 2022 F150. That appointment took 1 1/2 hours. Second bad experience was a brake warning. I was told that they found nothing wrong. I looked and discovered my master cylinder was dry - they never even looked!!! Left front brake caliber was leaking. Third time was a shaking sensation in the steering wheel. Again they told me nothing was found. Mileage in and mileage out were the same, so they never drove it. I gave up and took it to Shulz Ford. The service department customer service rep pointed out that the lane deviation button was accidentally pushed (my fault). Problem solved.
