Comment : Absolutely the worse, rude and very unhelpful. Don’t care about customers except for all the local internet trucks they had in the garage. I would give less than one star if I could. He also told us we could drive the car as long as warning lights weren’t flashing, so we did and it died 500 feet up the road and had to get it towed.

Comment : I just had a fantastic experience buying a truck from Chad Beck. The process took around 2 1/2 hours as opposed to an all day affair. He made the process extremely simple, was very knowledgeable, and made the process an actual enjoyable experience. As the owner of a company, I will be buying all my vehicles there moving forward. I highly recommend this dealership in Chad for purchasing vehicles. A big thank you to all the team members at Baierl!!!

Comment : Great experience, with a great group of men and women, they offered excellent service, and was very polite and respectful, I didn’t have to sit for hours, they worked quick and efficiently.. I would highly recommend stopping in there if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.. I know I will definitely go back when and if I ever need another vehicle.

Comment : I went to several other Ford dealerships. I felt like they were dealerships that did not want to sell me anything. I asked questions and they didn't know or did not want to give me answers. They say they have to ask. Never offered me to test drive anything . One dealer said he had somebody coming to buy a vehicle and I felt like he was done with me at that point. But baierl Ford was a lot better experience for me . Alex the salesman was willing to pull the vehicle up go over everything and offered for me to test drive the vehicle. I was more than pleased with my experience there . Sales manager was very friendly had good conversations there will likely recommend or when I'm ready to buy another vehicle go back to baierl ford
