Comment : I am not someone who normally gives reviews on the internet but this is pretty in need of one. Bought a used f250 on a Saturday April 11th. there were a few things I noticed the Sunday after that needed fixed so the next Monday April 13th I called and scheduled it in for a service. It was cranking to start, shimmy in truck above 60. Aswell as previously discussed things when I bought it a cracked window, turn signal out, and drive shaft recal.
That Wednesday April 15th I took it in for service. Friday April 17th after hearing nothing I called them multiple times and could not get through and when I finally did there was no information on the truck and I was told they would call me back which they never did. Same situation again on Monday April 20th and when I finally did get an answer on Monday when I went in person to talk to them I was told they had a schedule issue and they meant that Wednesday. They also said that high mileage vehicles just crank when starting it?s normal ( I have worked on cars and truck my whole life and owned multiple that simply is a lie). So I waited till Wednesday April 22nd when I got a call it wasn?t that my truck was done it was that the loan that i was told I was approved I was actually denied and I needed to sign I new contract. Which I did and I will say it ended up better. But I also noticed they had my trade in out of the lot and off the website when I was told about needing a new contract (very bad).
Fast forward a lot of headaches and finally I get my truck back Thursday april 23rd and they said everything is fixed it?s good to go. Friday April 24th it starts making a noise from the drive shaft which was supposed to be fixed. Call Cochran because I wasn?t dealing with this dealership anymore. Cochran finds both front and back pinions to be bad and leaking as well as the u joints being so corroded that it is unsafe to drive for risk of it breaking off.
So I do not recommend them I would go to Shultz or Cochran.
I?ve had the truck for 3 weeks and it?s been at the dealer 2.5 of them

Comment : See a car I’m interested in on the website.

Take a drive out on a Sunday to give it an in person look and notice it in the service parking lot with no inspection stickers. Makes total sense, they just took delivery on it from out of state a few days before. Car looks decent. I call the next morning.

Me to Sales Rep - Hey. I just want to know when the car is going to be inspected.

Sales Rep - The car has received its inspection. (She didn’t know I was there looking at it in person the day before when they were closed).

Me - Well I was there yesterday and it didn’t have stickers.

Sales Rep - That’s because it’s in cue for inspection.

Me - Wait you just said it was inspected.

Sales Rep - All of our cars get inspected. Would you like to schedule a time to come in?

Me - I’m interested in the car, and can come tomorrow morning but it’s high mileage and I’d like to see the results of the inspection and if it needs any repairs.

Sales Rep - Well we can give you a call but we are actively selling it regardless of its inspection so I can’t guarantee it will be here. Can you come today?

- - - - -

What the rep didn’t know, was that I spoke to a mechanic who saw this car a few weeks before the previous seller sold the vehicle. It had an undiagnosed and unresolved issue with the steering.

When I called the sales manager and left a message, I received a TEXT message from a sales rep instead advising me they have a customer who “agreeing to terms” without the inspection being completed.

Typical shady used car sales practices. Buyer beware. Do your research and don’t jump into a purchase.

Comment : I purchased a used car from Baierl Ford, and within 24 hours the check engine light came on (P0420). I immediately notified the dealership and was told to drive 2 hours to them directly and arrive at 8am for an appointment, only to then be told to take the car to any Kia dealership to have the issue addressed, even though I was still within their post-purchase warranty period.

After pushing back, the vehicle was eventually sent to a Kia dealership, where it remained for over 21 days. The repair required replacement of the catalytic converter under the federal emissions warranty. During that time, I was not provided a loaner vehicle.

I did receive a response from the General Manager, but it focused only on the warranty coverage and did not address the extended downtime, lack of a loaner, or the way the situation was initially handled.

I also escalated the issue through corporate and requested a goodwill resolution due to the immediate failure and extended downtime, but no compensation or apology was provided.

The salesperson I worked with was polite and helpful, but overall the experience was disappointing. Having a vehicle fail immediately after purchase and being without it for weeks without meaningful follow-up or accountability is not what I would expect from a dealership.

Comment : I just want to say before you start reading this the truck that they sold out from under me is still LISTED FOR SALE!!!! I would never recommend to buy a vehicle from them. I was interested in a truck they had and I came up and looked at it and test drove it. I also sat down and talked to them about the truck and the truck also had a check engine light on. I wanted the truck and I told them that and I also wanted to put money down on the truck but I was told not to until they figure out the issue because they didn’t want to sell me junk. I got a phone call today 4/20/26 and was told that the truck was just sold and that it’s a “blessing” because of the issues it has. I would recommend anyone wanting to look or check out there vehicles to change there mind and go somewhere else because you cannot trust a word they say because they will go behind your back and sell a vehicle out from under you! I also want say I waited two weeks for them to figure out the issue and every time I called someone was off and I finally heard from them last Friday that they will know this issue this coming week and obviously this is what I got told. They’re definitely unprofessional and they will do anything to screw you!!! STAY AWAY!!! I also forgot to say that the manager didn’t want to talk numbers and was the one that said he doesn’t want to sell junk so remember everyone he was part of the screwing and was in on the done deal behind my back…

Comment : Called for transmission service and the service guy said Ford doesn't provide a loaner. "That's just the way Ford is" were his words. I had just called Ford customer service and they said they do. Obviously won't schedule a service when the whole thing starts with lying to customers over the phone.

Comment : Good service but the AI answering the phone is hard to get around. It?s best to stop in person to get a question answered or make an appointment

Comment : I had a great experience purchasing a Ford Maverick at Baierl Ford. Chad in sales was excellent to work with. I will be back for future vehicles.
