Comment : Avoid the mechanic shop here at all costs. I made appointments for my F150 and Mustang for two separate days to take care of state inspection and an open recall. I drop my F150 off and it fails inspection which was no surprise as it’s 16 years old. Techs tell me what it needs to pass so I pick it up and take care of those few things. I drop it back off and it fails again. Techs insulted the work I had done to the truck and also told me that my tailpipe was no longer connected which was odd as it was connected when I dropped it off but who knows. Mustang goes in for the recall and inspection about a month later. No issues on inspection as it’s newer and I didn’t expect any. It also had two tpms sensors out but it doesn’t bother me so I don’t care to have them replaced. I actually confirmed before dropping it off that it was just two sensors and which two it was. I get a call the morning after dropping it off and what do you know!? All four sensors are now bad and need replaced! Doesn’t take a genius to figure out what was going on here. $600 to replace all four sensors. I declined the sensors at that ridiculous price point and instead have reprogrammed the two good sensors myself. I’m pretty confident the techs knocked the tailpipe loose on my truck now as well. Won’t be back and will be purchasing a new truck from somewhere else when I decide to replace my current one.

Comment : We have purchased a number of vehicles at Northland Ford/Baierl Ford and had a number of vehicles serviced by them over the 23 years we have lived in the Cranberry area. The reason we keep going back is because they really have treated us like family. I know that sounds a little cliche, but it has been true.

Comment : These people play dirty. Watch every line of sales contract, they added $4900 in extra cost and I was under so much pressure I signed the dotted line. This was 2 years ago and I’m sick every time I think about it.they ripped me off bad and knew exactly what they were doing. I would not recommend buying a car here.

Comment : Will never buy another vehicle from there again. Bought my second one and it had issues off the lot. Used car check and never failed to mention or fix the transfer case output seal or axle seal leak and probably would hope that I wouldn’t catch it and end up having to pay for it myself. Also had a panel noise rubbing again rear window. Took it in twice and rob the service advisor said nothing they can do? Really? Bought a 18k dollar car and they can’t fix it? Place is a joke. Also right when I left the lot in it the front brakes were making an awful squealing noise, tore it apart myself the next day to find they installed 4 inside pads on the front. I had to replace the pads myself and never got refunded. Sad.
