Comment : Baierl is far from a "local" dealership. It is owned by the publicly traded automotive retailer Lithia Motors, Inc. That means that you, as a customer, are a meaningless speck in their books. When my brand-new, previously-ordered vehicle was delivered, Baierl dented and chipped my door when taking it off the truck. They offered to fix the dent and chip for free, as expected, but it required me to bring the vehicle back, wasting my time. They fixed the chip and then fixed the dent in the same day, but the dent repair damaged the chip repair, so I had to waste my time another day to get it fixed again. Keep in mind that I could only get the repairs done on their schedule, not mine, which was ONLY on a Monday. So, I went back to get the chip repaired again, and the work was poor, at best, The chip is still visible on my brand-new vehicle. Baierl's response was, "Sorry."
They claim to offer service Pickup & Delivery, but it is NEVER available. So, its a great amenity that doesn't really exist.
When they are performing service, you get a text message that says you can text your service rep, but no one ever responds to texts that you send using this fake service.
They list a bunch of employees on their website ("About Our Dealership | Meet the Team") along with the ability to click on an email icon to send a message to a specific person, but those emails are completely ignored.
When I tried to report these issues to Baierl staff, all I got was a frustrating response that they don't manage any of the systems and they're managed by Lithia Motors. So, I reached out to Lithia to register my many complaints and I was answered with, "Thank you for reporting these issues, we'll handle this internally." This is where my comment about being a speck in their books comes from. Instead of listening to me and working with me to resolve their problems, they respond with, "Go away kid, you bother me."
I have plenty of other issues that I didn't document here. The bottom line is that there are plenty of dealerships out there, and Baierl is far from the best - shop around.
