Comment : I took my vehicle here today and nobody would give me a written estimate. Even after it was here for over 3 hours. They tried to charge me $213 for something I never asked for (AC evap cooling clean), but I asked for an oil change and that wasn't on the original work order. At 2:00 it was sitting in the parking lot and nobody was working on it. I was then told it was not completed yet. Keep in mind - I dropped it off the previous evening at 5:00. I reached out to the Service manager - I left a voicemail and an email and two hours later he has not called me or tried to speak with me as I am waiting here. He texted me the same information the service advisor sent me. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership or any automotive repair business. Customer service experience is less than zero.
If you want to pay $167 for a cabin air filter then definitely go to Baierl Chevrolet!

Comment : I have significant car anxiety, and Baierl Service has always taken that seriously, consistently ensuring that my vehicle is safe and that I feel fully comfortable with the work being done. Most recently, my engine failed, and throughout the entire process my service advisor, technician, and the manager, Michael, went above and beyond. They kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained the warranty process, ensured I had a loaner vehicle, and showed incredible patience in answering my many questions. Their transparency, compassion, and attention to detail made an extremely stressful situation manageable. Even after moving more than an hour away, I continue to trust Baierl Service with my car because of the exceptional level of care and service they provide.
