But I heard they would do a multipoint inspection and top off fluids. Can't tell you about the inspection, however, they definitely didn't top off any fluids. I had checked them myself before taking the car I'm and saw what was low, is: engine coolant, brake fluid. They were still low, unchanged when I picked up the car. Then there was a big fresh grease smudge across the plastic between the hood latch and the engine that wasn't there before and should have been wiped off. Also the brakes were supposed to be checked, I have a grinding noise on the left front disc pad that sounds like a rivet is grinding into the rotor so I thought maybe the pad might be worn and needing to be changed. It didn't get mentioned in the inspection and still grinds when we go to stop. I came home and filled the brake fluid myself with DOT 3. I have not topped off the pink antifreeze/coolant yet. And I did wipe down and clean the grease off the plastic Gaurd under the hood. And again, I do appreciate the oil change.
