Comment : Fantastic shop. They communicate well, explain in depth and are straightforward with you, thats exactly what you want in 2026. Really cool people, clearly know what they are doing and very easy going. I haven't had any issues over the 2 years Ive been bringing my vehicles here.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Babcock’s came highly recommended from a few of my colleagues and they don’t disappoint.

Rather it’s a simple oil change, new battery, or the axel they have followed through with quality work, reasonable rates, and incredible customer service.

Thank you Brad and crew for always explaining it to me in a way I can understand, for being honest and reliable and completing all work in a timely manner.

Comment : I took my car there for an inspection- they wanted $3000!!! Said I needed all new seatbelts- a whole new windshield because of a minute ding on the passenger side of the window- a "saddle" for the gas pan- I took it to another shop and they said the gas pan was fine- the window could be repaired and the seatbelts were fine!

Comment : I've been taking all my vehicles to Brad at Babcock Service Center for years, and he's honestly the most reliable mechanic I've ever had. I'm the kind of person who drives my cars forever, so having a trusted mechanic is everything to me. Brad and his team always go above and beyond, and you can just tell he genuinely cares about his customers.

What I appreciate most is their honesty.

Everyone knows car repair is expensive, but with Brad, I know I'm getting a fair price and never have to worry about him trying to upsell me on something I don't need. He'll take the time to explain exactly what's going on with my car so I feel completely confident in his work. His expertise is second to none.

If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust completely, who'll take great care of your car and give you an honest, fair price every time, you've found him. The only downside is sometimes I have to wait a few days to get in because they’re too busy being so trustworthy and honest.
