Comment : I have used A-Z three times for body damage repair. All three experiences were amazing. This last repair I was hit by a person who uninsured, so it was handled through insurance. Ken handled everything for me with the insurance company, returned my car ahead of time and the car looks brand new. I have always found them honest, helpful and the quality of their work top notch. Comment : Amir and his team at A-Z Tech Automotive in Mission Viejo are truly in a league of their own! From the moment I arrived, I could tell this was not your average auto repair shop. They’re AAA approved, family-owned and operated, and every mechanic is ASE certified, which instantly gave me peace of mind.

I had both bodywork and mechanical repairs done, and the quality was outstanding. They use only PPG paint for bodywork, and I love knowing that all body repairs come with a lifetime warranty. For mechanical work, their 24,000-mile / 2-year warranty shows how much they stand behind their craftsmanship.

The customer service was top-notch. They even offered to pick up my car and drop it off when it was done — at no extra charge! For longer repairs, they have Enterprise rental services onsite, making the whole process stress-free.

Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and willingness to go above and beyond is rare to find these days. I also learned they offer a Car Care Club for major savings and 6-months no interest financing through Synchrony Bank for qualified customers — another example of how they put their customers first.

Comment : I took my car in for a routine oil change--and what ever else that might be needed. I certainly wasn't overcharged or had any unnecessary work suggested. I was pleased and impressed with their honesty and getting me out in a timely manner. I discovered the when I was involved in a fender bender and this shop was on the list of choices offered by my insurance company. They are AAA approved and also do smog checks. My new one stop shop!

Comment : I have used A-Z may times over the years for body damage and collision repairs. Some through insurance and others out of pocket. I will never go anywhere else. Trustworthy, fair, honest, on time, as promised, and quality work is how I would describe them. Ken has taken care of me many times. The experience, and also the repairs have been perfect every time.
