Comment : If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT bring your car here. The check engine light on my car was on, and the AWD and D on the dashboard was flashing. The technician said the car might have a transmission leak but they could not find the leak. They said they added 3 units of transmission fluid. The same lights came on again after a week after the above service. This time they scanned the car and the technician said that the diagnostic code, P0717, indicated that the input shaft drive pulley speed sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. Around a couple hours later, the check engine light, AWD and D started flashing. I was having the same issue. The technician was not able to figure out the issue and said they needed to bring in a Honda specialist to inspect the transmission. They kept saying the specialist had to reschedule. After 2 weeks of waiting, I gave up hope that AZ would be able to fix my car. I went to the Honda dealer's service center and they said the cap to the transmission fluid was sealed with rust and did NOT look like it had been uncovered in many years. They did not think that the AZ technicians replaced or added any transmission fluid at all. They also said AZ replaced the wrong sensor. This was confirmed when the dealer's service center replaced the correct sensor and then my car had no more problems. AZ refused to give me any sort of refund or even to return my calls.If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT bring your car here. Comment : The people doing inspection here is not very easygoing and will try to find very minor problems. I had to come multiplies times to finish the inspection. They close by 5:30pm and don't acception inspection after that time. One time I came at 5:25pm and the front boy was just talking on the phone until 5:33pm. Then he told me they are closed by 5:30pm which is really annoying! Not a good choice for inspection...The people doing inspection here is not very easygoing and will try to find very minor problems. Comment : I knew I should have stayed away given the poor reviews, but I all I needed was an inspection sticker. I called ahead & was told there was no wait. I arrived about 10 minutes later and there was nobody in line ahead of me - I was the only person there. I was quoted 20 minutes. About 10 minutes later another customer walks in. They take their car in immediately. An hour later I m still sitting here, as they have my keys and registration. Y all need to be more organized than this. Comment : I dropped my car off to have it repaired for what I thought but AZ mechanics diddiagnosis and they found correct issue to be repaired. I am greatful for the thorough work and attention they gave my Rav4.

Comment : After getting minor work done to my vehicle, I'm not sure that I would come back. They were able to fix my car and I've had no problems ever since I got it serviced, however, I have concerns about their honesty and pricing.When I got the work order back, they charged me $180 to tighten my heat shield. $150/hour labor and $30 for a few nuts and bolts. This price was crazy high, and they admitted that the mechanic only spent half an hour on the car and used two set of nuts and bolts to tighten the heat shield, so we were able to cut the $150 and $30 in half for a new total of $90. Only after inquiring about the price and telling them that I hadn't been planning on going through with the service (they did it anyway without notifying me, despite telling me they wouldn't) did they drop the price down. Left a bad taste in my mouth. They also tried to sell me a battery charge ($45?? Can't I just drive around to recharge it?) and oil change ($90, synthetic), despite there being a sticker on my car indicating that I still had 3000 miles to go before my next change. The front desk mentioned the sticker too, so they clearly saw it. Overall, they felt dishonest since they did work on my car that I didn't want, tried to sell me other services I didn't need, AND the pricing is very high based on my experience with other shops in the area.After getting minor work done to my vehicle, I'm not sure that I would come back. Comment : Car wouldn't start so had it towed here. Convenient drop-off and pick up after quick service. Good communication and overall I was happy with my experience.
