Comment : Very professional, clean, and experienced . Took my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 HD there for a vibration occurring at 55mph. They diagnosed and called me for repair approval, and it was repaired and back to me that day. Very impressed, and I've been to several places around Myrtle Beach area.

Comment : My husband and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service that my son and his friends received here. My son and his friends were traveling from PA to Myrtle Beach for spring break and the car broke down leaving them stranded early in the morning, about half an hour away from their destination. AAA came to their location and had to get the car towed to Aynor Tire Mart and Automotive. The staff must have known that they have been driving all night and had nothing to eat so they even went and bought them breakfast. They diagnosed the problem and had the car fixed in one day, it took awhile but they worked on the car in between other appts. The mechanic talked to my husband after the car was fixed and apologized for the time it took but it was totally understandable. We thought that the price was fair and this could have turned into a nightmare but it was a manageable situation. We are so grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and concern with the staff/mechanics at Aynor. My husband and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service that my son and his friends received here. Comment : I need my car straight piped. When my brother called a few days ago we were told it would be $90, then he called again this morning and was told it would be $150 and that they couldn t just straight pipe without taking my cats out then I (a women) called asking for the same thing, I was told it would be $400. So if you re a women, do not call they will take advantage and assume you don t know enough abt cars to see how ridiculous that price is. If I didn t already have another car straight piped by them, I wouldn t have thought anything abt it (would ve bitched) but still would ve gotten it done. Sick workI need my car straight piped. Comment : I was a loyal customer here for about two years, my family had been customers for probably ten. I had just bought my car from a dealer, in perfect condition with 40k miles on it earlier in the year and brought it in for a simple oil change. At the time, Aynor was the only place I trusted with my car. When I picked up the car, it was parked so far up on a curb that the front wheels were completely over the curb and the dust pan was hanging off. Once I was able to get it off the curb, the car drove like it had just been in a major car accident. And apparently it was because somehow four of my rims were bent while in the property of Aynor Tire. I instantly brought it back thinking that they would want to make it right but their instant reaction was to nonchalantly state that a dust pan isn't really needed anyway so it wasn't a big deal. I literally had to explain that it was a big deal because I brought the car to them in perfect condition; therefore, it was their responsibility to fix it. They eventually took it back and attempted to tie it back on. Keep in mind, they still had not made me aware of the 4 bent rims. They barely tied the dust pan back on and told me that I was all set, "no charge". I had to explain to them again that this was not my fault, they caused the damage. At that time, the man at the desk grabbed my arm and said "oh baby, that's not what i meant". I literally had to pull his arm off of me because I felt so uncomfortable. I then attempted to drive home and the car was still in terrible shape, dust pan still dragging from the car. I called the after hours service line and was told that there was no record of the original damage sustained or me bringing the car back for the "repair". None of this was ever documented. After I explained the situation to the operator, Aynor picked up my car and made a second attempt to fix the damage and said they would order me a new dustpan and call me when it was in. I took it to Honda the next day and they said it was absolutely not secured and that I never should have been advised to drive like that because the part could have fallen off and caused a car accident. Honda secured the part but said that Aynor Tire should replace the part ASAP because it was completely destroyed. I didn't hear back from Aynor for a week and finally called for an update. Maxi, the owner, said the part had just arrived. The part was replaced and the car was still driving terribly, no improvement from when the original damage that was sustained at Aynor Tire. I brought it back to Aynor and all of a sudden it was reported to me that I have four bent rims. I don't know what was done to my car while in the possession of Aynor Tire but I do know that my brakes were inspected a week prior and there was no damage to the rims. Maxi agreed to pay to repair the rims. My car was picked up. I, of course, had to rent a car in the meantime. My car was dropped back off with a $416 receipt from Jeff's Wheel Repair in Myrtle Beach and one from Aynor Tire for saying that they rotated and balanced my wheels. Maxi gave me a call and told me I was all set. The car still drove terribly. I took it back to Honda and was told that all four rims needed to be replaced. I was quoted at over $2000. Honda also stated that the wheels were completely unbalanced. I called Maxi to inform him that he still owed me four new rims and he said that he only felt responsible to replace one. He said that he already paid $500 to "repair" them so he didn't feel he should have to replace them also. So in the end, after a $60 oil change, I ended up with well over $2000 in damages to my new car. This establishment was very insensitive to my situation. They acted as if I was overreacting every time I called them back with the issue. Maxi even snickered when I told him that I had to miss multiple days of work to bring my car to Honda for this problem. I hope that Aynor Tire does what's right and reimburses me for the damages to my car. I will continue to provide updates.I was a loyal customer here for about two years, my family had been customers for probably ten. Comment : Had my vehicle towed with battery issues and had a new battery the next morning. Not even 80 miles after paying, I was stranded on the side of Highway 31 with the same battery issues. Had it towed again and was charged $889.88 for an alternator and crankshaft sensor. After paying and getting my keys, I didn't make it a half mile before I lost all power again.Had my vehicle towed with battery issues and had a new battery the next morning.
