Comment : After a terrible experience at the dealership I decided to bring my car to the autoworks shop. After that initial experience I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest.

Comment : Firstly, my vehicle failed inspection for parts that weren't old. They said that the parts we old, but my mechanic begs to differ. I suspect that they failed my vehicle, because they wanted me to get the work done there. I say this also, because they gave me a list of a number of other things that would "routinely" get done and they offered to do all of the work right there during the inspection for "only" several hundred dollars. I went there for an inspection, not to get work done. They also couldn't prove to me what was actually wrong with the failed parts. I'm a bit more savvy with auto repairs than they estimated it seems. Additionally, I had an appointment for their opening time, but then I had to wait several hours to get my car back.

Comment : HAD A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE , THEY CHECKED OUT ALL COMPOENTS ON THE CAR,GAVE TRUTHFUL RECOMMENDATONS.
