Comment : Great shop in the greater Portsmouth area. I was in and out of my oil change in 30 minutes. My BMW has some intermittent issues that the technician (Nate) looked into and gave me the rundown of what would need to be done should the issues persist. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable with anything from a ?boring? domestic to my ?temperamental? BMW.

Comment : My first visit to Autoworks was for a state inspection. When the inspection was done, I was surprised to find Autoworks was able to provide me with a complete report of upcoming maintenance needs and estimated cost. I wasn't expecting that and with no extra cost. I'm sure I will be back as needed.

Comment : My experience here wasn?t terrible, but it definitely wasn?t great either.
I came in for a state inspection and was told I needed new wiper blades to pass due to ?streaking.? While I agreed to replace them, I hadn?t noticed any streaking myself?especially during recent rain?and they were only replaced last year.
I was also advised that my brake fluid and power steering fluid were ?dirty? and needed flushing. This raised some concerns, as my 2023 Ram 2500 (with only 16k miles) had just been serviced at a Ram dealership two weeks prior. When I called the dealership, they confirmed everything was in good condition and that fluid flushes aren?t typically recommended until around 50k miles.
I chose this garage mainly because they were one of the only places available to inspect my truck at the time. In the future, I?ll plan ahead and go elsewhere. Based on this experience, I wouldn?t feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Comment : I feel bad to give 1 star rating . Because i dont have options to give 0 star!!!!!!!!

I went there for Vehicle inspection and the car was vibrating when the car speed was above 50 55 miles per hour. And its Very expensive. Not even fixed and they charged 100$ without fixing the problem. Just check the problem of the car charged 90$ for half hour ? CraZy ... Very Worst experience after i moved in Maine here.

I rarely give reviews and this is it. Thankyou for your expensive service ??
