Comment : Excellent service!! Called right at open as I was looking for a second opinion as I was told my car could not be aligned from a different mechanic shop and they wanted me to spend another 200 dollars to get it aligned. My alignment was so bad that I could not drive straight if my steering wheel was straight. As this was not a problem before bringing my car to them I wanted someone else to look at it. I was recommended to them and they said bring it in. Brought it in an hour later and they got it in and fixed immediately no extra parts required. I appreciate them so much as I was very tired of being lied to. They were extremely nice and honest and overall the best experience I have had in a long time!Excellent service!! Comment : I highly recommend Derrick and his team at AutoTrust! I had my engine go out abruptly while out of town and my car was towed to Autotrust in Navasota. Derrick was so incredible and reassured me that he would let me know about the diagnostics on my car within 24 hours, and he did it the next morning. I was really upset about my situation and he was so caring and understanding. I felt that I could really trust Derrick and his options he provided.
