Comment : Absolutely amazing service! Had what i thought was a minor issue with my car, so I called around about who could get me in for a diagnostic check at 8:30 in the morning. Most places arouns couldn't get me in until the next day or even not until Monday (this was a Thursday). I talked to Fred who said they could get us in immediately and then after doing the diagnostic told us it was more than a minor issue...yikes! He broke down step-by-step what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was professional, friendly and seemed to truly care about our car and more importantly, my family who were with me waiting for the repairs. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done quickly and we were back on the road in no time! 100% recommended!!

Comment : A human answered the phone, let's just start there. Fred listened to what I said, which was a little convoluted, and he promptly got on the computer to locate the part we needed to make the repair. I have always had a good experience at this Auto trust on 149 Near Eva St. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, they do what they say they are going to do, great at keeping in touch I have never had any issues with their mechanical maintenance or repair.

Comment : Vehicle needed multiple times addressed. Mr. Fred was transparent with the timeline and any issues they encountered during the work. Mr. Ralph and the Autotrust team have always been reliable for me.

Comment : Took our 04 f150 there for new spark plugs and they tried charging us for cleaning the throttle body which I just replaced 1 week prior to taking it there. My brother took his Yukon in for an alignment and they did it without telling us the idler arm was bad. So after changing the idler arm they tried charging him again for another alignment, but when we brought the past mistake they made to their attention they decided not to charge him for the second alignment since it was their mistake.

Comment : Got a state inspection, people working there were kind and welcoming. Said it would take about 40 min and we were out in 15min. Best 40min I have spent waiting for an inspection.
