Comment : Probably the most informative and skilled mechanic I have dealt with. I ran into one issue after the other being broken down out of town. Comment : Phil is probably one of the best mechanics I've met in a long time. He's a straight shooter who is extremely knowledgable; I came in for an oil change and a quick inspection. He was very thorough in regards to what was good/bad/what needed work and I could forego.If you are looking for someone who REALLY knows what they're talking about, and does good honest work, Phil is your guy. Comment : I trust Phil with whatever he recommends for my car. He is honest and knowledgeable. I have a Mercedes GLC300 and wouldn't take my car anyplace else. He went out of his way to pick up the 2 batteries needed for my car on his lunch break to get my car back to me on the same day. Won't be going back to the dealership again. Went back a year later for my service appt and I couldn't be happier with his service. So glad not to be going to the dealership anymore. I save money and he doesn't try to sell me on things my car doesn't need.I trust Phil with whatever he recommends for my car. He is honest and knowledgeable. Super fortunate to have met him as I was having reoccurring issues with my vehicle. Comment : Phil literally saved my life. While traveling through to Delaware from North Carolina on a sweltering day with temperatures well into the 90's, our air conditioner started blowing hot air and we were in trouble. I live with Dysautonomia and when I get overheated it causes seizures and I pass out and that could have caused a stroke. We found an oasis in the Elite care we received. The shop is immaculate and Phil is so incredibly kind and he knew precisely what was going on with the car and immediately took the time to make it right while I gratefully took respite in a near by restaurant.
