Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I wanted a local garage to take over service of my nearly new CX-5 after my 2 free services at the dealership, and to establish car care at a reputable shop. After reading reviews, I figured to give Elite a try. Im so glad i did! Phil is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and did not replace items unnecessarily to get extra $. This is the far beyond a neighborhood garage... this is a gem of an establishment with an owner who truly cares about you and your vehicle's safety and performance. Phil has my business from now on!
