Comment : The Baltimore AutoStream is phenomenal!!! We have a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica van that had a broken backup camera. AutoStream told us only the dealer could replace the camera so we took the van to a Chrysler dealer and they replaced the camera. They told us there was also a problem with the battery and the whole electrical system and it would cost $1100 to fix it (the backup camera was $1300). We had seen no signs of a problem so we took the van home and it promptly ceased to work. We had it towed to AutoStream and they fixed it along with new wipers and an oil change for $625!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We dropped it off on a Sunday night and it was ready by 3:00 the next day. Works great! Excellent service and price!!! They are very good people!!!

Comment : I had …two recent opportunities to visit the Autostream Car Care Center location located at Greenspring Shopping Center! Both times …were 100% excellent!! I had an oil change first and than …brand new rear breaks installed on my second visit. Both jobs were completed within a one month time period and I had an excellent experience each time!! I would …highly recommend!! Lastly, everyone assisting me was extremely nice, easy going and a pleasure to do business with. Also, my experiences were extremely efficient and quick with regards to getting both jobs done! I was in and out and also appreciated the communication letting me know …down the road what repair work needs to get done so that I could have better preparedness in order to keep my automobile in tip top shape for the long haul!
