I spoke with their Service Director, Mr.Dontrell Bryant. I explained the issue and shared the information I was given concerning recommended course of action. He expressed bewilderment as to what was recommended and the lack of effort on the part of dealships' to resolve a simple repair. He asked me to bring in my car and he would take a look and see what could be done. Assuring me of a positive outcome. I took my car to AutoStream the same day. I was greeted by Mr. Bryant and within 90 minutes or so my car issue was resolved. No up-pricing, pressure to purchase other services, just impeccable service. The Service Director was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and customer driven. I witnessed him greet several customers by name. This is a business rooted in the community. The employees I encountered were respectful in their place of business. No loud taking, inappropriate language or dismissive attitudes. I received the type of service you hope businesses would provide seldom do.
