Comment : Was amazingly pleased with my experience here. The advisor, Aaron, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the services I needed and the priority concerning their repairs! I would highly recommend this AutoStream location and would not hesitate to use their services again!

Comment : One of the best experiences I've had in a while! Adam was great at keeping me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. They sent very detailed photos of my vehicle while it was being looked at. The mechanic was very detailed in his diagnosis of my vehicle. I wasn't sure what to expect from this place because they're fairly new in my area. I'm glad I gave them a try. This will be the new home for my vehicle.

Comment : Doesn't even deserve a 1 star..franchise!! No wonder..I had my brother take his car in to these Awful so called repair shop which they said they had top of the line scanners to diagnose cars(NOPE). He had 2 issues going on ..instead of diagnosing both .. they only wanted to diagnose just one because they wanted another diagnoses charge there is your honesty !!!..WOW..wowow..very unethical. This so called shop is only out to Take your money and inflate the repair bill how shameful. I was told that power steering pump & lines needed to be replace..ok fine.. then we talked about the rack n' pinon it was ok.. BUT yet he put on the repair order the rack n' pinon(WHY) to increase the profit(inflate)..wowow Then I asked him to email "me" my receipt since I paid for it over the phone along with giving one to my brother...and what do you know ...NO they couldn't even do that as a courtesy..This is how they think of costumers "they don't"....WOW..Then after calling them back next morning 6/12/25 some other guy get on the ph and is Rude.. and said he would send the reciept.Guess what wowowow,,I already know he won't.. Do NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE...Their DISHONEST. .. and will inflate the repair bill. I'm sure after this review their will be a staged 5 star like with most reviews...Very Dishonest. Stay away,.. if you know any better..IF they were honest they would've taken the time and sent an receipt to my email. along with Not trying to inflat the bill. They always think one doesn't know about repairs or How to repair...Guess what? I DO No they won't Go somewhere else if you know any better,... Go somewhere else.!!!!

UPdate: 6/13/25 (ZERO Stars) Don't apologize now..Auto Stream You should've done the right thing 1st time I had called awhile back before his car was taken in even he was leary about that shop and asked what type of high end scanners they have in the shop.. It's a Shame that repair shops like Autostream have to treat customers the way they do Instead of trying to inflate the bill Thinking customers doesn't know about repairs.. treating customers like they do being Rude as well as not telling the truth about what type of High end scanners they Don't have trying to lure customers in saying they do!!! why do you think I has asked?? wowow If you know any business logic you would value your customers and then you would see a nice return. Maybe if you had diagnosed both issues. you would've got more business from me(my brother)instead..NO Autostream wanted to get 2 diagnose charges..wow HOW DISHONEST.. you try to inflate and Autostream Does NOT value their customers.. Being a franchise....it's sad...As far as MY receipt I asked for it to be sent to ME as welll giving my brother one....you think this would be soo simple..and it is...Guess what>>> Autostream YOU Failed.!!!! Miserably !!!!!! I do not like when I or my family gets taken advantage of.

Comment : I received excellent service! A different mechanic shop didn’t put my breaks together properly a month ago so my emergency break was engaging while I was driving. These guys were transparent through the entire process, they uploaded photos and videos for me to see what was going on with my vehicle. Shout out to Aaron for being absolutely amazing! My car is driving perfectly now!
