Comment : We have had two cars serviced at Autosport Werks. With our first car, a Mini Cooper, we had no issues. With our second car, a Jaguar E-Pace, we still had some repair concerns after servicing. We are rating them 5 stars because as soon as they were made aware that we had additional repair concerns, Curtis (the manager) immediately reached out to us to discuss our concerns and get our car back in for additional inspection. They took care of everything and kept us informed the entire time on their process. They completed all the additional repairs in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We were so impressed with their follow up with us and the steps they kept to continue to earn our business. We will continue to bring all three of our European cars there for service.

Comment : Update: Curtis from Autosport Werks called us to address our issues and we brought our Jaguar back into the shop for inspection. I really appreciate that he immediately called us and took steps to earn back our business. I will post another update after the inspection and repairs, but I’m definitely feeling much better about our experience.

I have brought two of my cars here for service. The first time we brought our mini cooper in for service. I thought the service and brake job were expensive but overall fine. The second time we brought in our Jaguar E-Pace for service and an inspection. We were sold a cabin filter we didn't need (I should have realized it had been replaced at the prior service) and they missed the coolant leak. I also specifically asked them to look at my brakes as they were intermittently making a grinding sound. They indicated my brakes were fine. We had the brakes reinspected and they are not okay. I will get my brakes repaired at a different shop and most likely will not be back. I take safety very seriously as I have small children in my car.
