Comment : We brought our 2019 Audi A4 in to get a second opinion on wheel bearings and get an oil change. They completed the second opinion free of charge and saved us alot of money for a repair that was not necessary.

Comment : If you re considering taking your car here for repairs, think twice. I want to share my experience so others can avoid the same costly mistake.I initially took my car to BMW Boulder for a full diagnostic, and they told me everything was in great condition except for the rear air suspension, which needed replacement. They gave me a quote of $1,865 + tax for the job. Since my car is 9 years old, I thought I could save some money by going to an aftermarket shop instead of the dealership. When I brought my car here, I gave them the diagnostic report from BMW Boulder, but instead of simply providing a quote, they kept pressing me to tell them how much BMW Boulder had quoted me. This felt odd, but I didn t disclose the price, expecting a fair and competitive rate. They then insisted on running their own diagnostic and even tried to charge me for it, despite me having just had one done at the dealership that same day. I had to push back to avoid paying twice for the same thing.Since I was under the impression that I d be saving money, I left my car with them for the repair. But to my shock, they later charged me close to $2,500 for the same work that BMW Boulder had quoted at $1,865 + tax meaning I actually paid more than I would have at the dealership. What s worse, they refused to provide any proof of the parts they used, even though they claimed to use original BMW parts. When I asked for receipts, they said it was confidential, which is a huge red flag. A legitimate shop should have no problem showing proof of work and parts used.Advice to Others:1. Always get a written quote before approving any work. I made the mistake of assuming they would charge reasonably.2. Compare dealership pricing before choosing an aftermarket shop. In my case, I ended up paying more.3. Be wary of shops that refuse to provide receipts or proof of parts used. Transparency is key to trust.4. If a shop insists on running its own diagnostic when you already have one, question it. It may be an unnecessary extra charge. My experience here was frustrating, overpriced, and disappointing. I won t be coming back, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before bringing their car here.If you re considering taking your car here for repairs, think twice. I want to share my experience so others can avoid the same costly mistake. More
