Comment : This is the shop you want if you want the expertise of a dealership with a smaller, local business. I wanted the dealership level of front end alignment because I had issues in the past with tire shops doing it. The prices will be roughly the same as the dealership. They do a very thorough inspection which shows the maintenance items and stuff that is beginning to go bad.

Comment : I took my son’s 2012 Audi a seven in for engine noise assuming it was a timing belt they did their evaluation and called me back and told me they had good news. I was right but the bad news was it was $15,000 to fix. I told him I would come pick up the car because I wasn’t spending that much money. The technician said he understood within 15 minutes I then received a call from a regional manager who asked me what I wanted to do with the car and how much I wanted to spend to fix it I said not $15,000 and that was the quote your technician had given so I’m gonna pick up my Car and have a discussion with my son. I was sent an estimate by the first guy who spoke to me on the phone. I was sent a second estimate After I spoke with the regional manager, I was more than sticker shocked And when I didn’t have an answer as to what I wanted to do the regional manager seem to get upset or Frustrated I told him I would review the estimates and get back to them. I got home from work about four hours later and both estimates have been erased. I could see neither estimate. My assumption is because I picked up my car and didn’t do the work And couldn’t give the regional manager an answer within the allotted amount of time both of my estimates were erased, and I no longer have the ability to view them less than 24 hours of having my car in the shop. It might end up being a $15,000 job but I will not spend a penny more with this shop after the way, I was treated by the regional manager and what felt liked pressured to make a decision now. then my estimates were erased Because what I can only assume is, I didn’t go with an instant sale

Comment : I had an outstanding experience at Autosportworks. Blaine was excellent, patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car and what was needed to fix it, without ever talking down to me or making me feel uncomfortable. As a woman, I’ve had experiences at other shops where I wasn’t taken seriously, but Blaine treated me with total respect and made sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Autosportworks to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable service.
