Comment : I spent $1300 for a new radio for my Jeep Renegade.. bought it from them, still under warranty and the radio keeps cutting off and saying sound system unavailable..Made an appt, just got a call i would have to drop my only transportation off, and they would look at it " in a couple of days " i mean, I didn't have to wait a couple of days for them to take my money & install a radio i bought from them.. terrible customer service.. spent all that money.. Comment : If I could give zero stars, I would service department is absolutely horrible. Dropped off a vehicle. Was told should take four or five days total to get it taken care ofSix days later still was not looked at to be diagnosed.. Called five days after I dropped it off to see what the story was since had not heard anything , was given an attitude by the service writer and told well they???ll just get to it when they get to it Call back tomorrow to see if they???ve gotten into it. Call the next day given same attitude of get to it when we get to it stop calling. Will tell you when we get to it. After seven days, I finally just went and picked up vehicle without work being done. when picked up truck said I would like to speak to the manager was told by the service writer after he never bothered to call or ask for the manager well, I don???t know he might be in a meeting or something once again with major attitude.If I could give zero stars, I would service department is absolutely horrible. Comment : I would like to say I???m very unhappy with my service I brought my car in September 13th an my total price on the car was 1,300 an once I came to pick up an pay for my car December 3rd an yes it took that???s long to get my car fixed I was told that the price had went up 700 dollars even though I had talked my price out with my dealer an they would not lower my price back down so long story short I will not be wasting my time,gas and money on coming back.I would like to say I???m very unhappy with my service I brought my car in September 13th an my total price on the car was 1,300 an once I came to pick up an pay for my car December 3rd an yes it took that???s long to get my car fixed I was ???More

Comment : This dealership is without a doubt the worse around. I took my MAZDA CX5 back to them to have warranty work done. They didn't want to work on it, so they sent it to a Mazda dealership. That was over 4 months ago. They have lied to me about why it's taken so long, and they have told me they would call me back 6 times over the last 4 weeks, not one call has been returned. I am 67 yrs old and this is my only means of transportation. I've spent the entire summer without a vehicle and they could care less. On Saturday I rented a car and drove from Pensacola to Mobile to find out about my car. They knew nothing, had no record of my car, but assured me the service manager would call me on Monday with info about my car. Seven times I have been told this and seven times nothing, not a word. Either this service manager doesn't exist, or he should be fired. Do yourself a favor, do not do business with this sorry dealership!!This dealership is without a doubt the worse around. Comment : *If you need any service, book somewhere else. Chuck Stevens provided way better care and professionalism*I booked in for 3 services which required my vehicle to be there for a full day. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I was called an hour before closing on Saturday and was told they were only able to complete 1 of the services and that I would need to book another full day appointment to complete the others. I had to book this appointment a few weeks in advance in order to get a Saturday appointment. We only have one vehicle and do not live close to the service center; this is a huge inconvenience to get my vehicle dropped off and to be without a vehicle for multiple days.Update 1: if I could give 0 stars I would. We booked another appointment with the advisor for 3 weeks later. We were told it had to be booked that day to guarantee that the diagnostics would definitely be completed. We again drove it 45 minutes the night before so it could be there for the whole day. I called to get an update in the morning with no call back. There is no option to speak to an advisor directly if your advisor hasn???t reached out to you with their contact info. I called the service center again and was then told that our advisor, Tramell?, was off and no one was available with information on my vehicle. We booked directly with him after our last appointment debacle. I asked if there was any advisor or manager available that could explain why we would be booked on a day when the ???only advisor that can work on our vehicle??? is not working. And why we weren???t told when I called the day before to confirm our appointment that ???there is no advisor on duty with access to our information???. The individual on the phone said she only books the appointments and is not onsite so cannot give any more information or transfer us to anyone onsite; there is only one advisor onsite and no service managers. She stated that she was only able to request a call back which takes 24-48 hours or I could leave a voicemail (Which I already did). Neither option helped us resolve our issue of needing to know why our second appointment was clearly overlooked. So basically we have absolutely wasted our time again.Update 2: Since we had no way of directly contacting any team member onsite, we drove to the service center. Only to find several employees on site. We spoke with Austin, a service advisor, who had no idea our vehicle was there. As soon as we explained the situation he checked the key drop off and found our keys. He took care of getting our vehicle in and diagnosed in the remaining part of the day. Austin deserves more stars; the service center does not. Had we not been forced to drive back, our vehicle would have sat there without the staff knowing it was there and another full day wasted for us. The booking system and communication is extremely poor. In follow up with customer relations, I was asked if our issues were resolved to our satisfaction; I was very clear in that Austin was exceptional but the services were definitely not to our satisfaction. They had no interest in hearing the issues leading up to the service, since in the end the service was complete.The comment to call regarding the issue is absolutely useless; I spoke to them more than once and they have no desire to resolve the numerous flaws in the system. They request surveys for their advisors which reflect only on the advisor; this is not fair, since if that individual does not get a 10/10 they fail. It is not the advisor???s fault that there are clearly several holes in the system before they even see the vehicle.I also received numerous calls a couple days after updating from the customer relations member; she refused to respond to my email but called me repeatedly even though I very clearly told her I was unable to take her call that day.*If you need any service, book somewhere else.
