Comment : My initial contact with Kristen was very inviting and comfortable. We were purchasing a used 2012 nissan altima for my daughter as her first car. We did look at a few vehicles and Kristen patience with me being kinda picky was on point.....she was great. Ultimately i would highly recommend autonation for your car buying experience. Comment : DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. THEY WILL MAKE THIS PROCESS MUCH LONGER THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. THEY WILL SELL YOU UNSAFE CARS AND NOT CARE. AND JONATHAN IS A TERRIBLE SALEPERSON.We bought our car Aug 11th. We had 2 repairs that needed done1- The trunk was faulty when we bought it and we paid the 1k on aug 11th to fix it2- We found out the horn was faulty 1-2 days after we purchased the car and got confirmation they would fix it for free as it was a safety concern.The trunk was a must for my job so we over paid to have them fix it as we didn't want to have to deal with shopping around for repair prices and they promised it could be fixed by the end of the week. Every time I spoke to Jonathan about getting the repairs he was full of excuses and empty promises. I swear I heard the parts would be in at the end of the week almost 10 separate times.With the horn he tried to tell me that it had been sitting out there for a while and that was why it wasn't working. BUT another salesperson told us it just got there and we were the first to even test drive the day we purchased it. So someone is lying.I'm inclined to believe their safety checks are half done as our lug nuts were all inconsistently tightened causing the wheel studs on of of the tires to snap on the highway. we had to fix that ourselves.This dealership has the worst communication I have ever seen in a business. When we originally found out the horn wasn't working we dropped off the car so they could diagnose the issue. After they had the car for 8 hours we called then and the person on the other end of the phone said "Oh. I was wondering why those keys were on my desk."It took till late September to early October for them to find out that they had DENIED THE TRUNK FIX THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. They thought they were paying for it and decided not to look any deeper and denied it. Jonathan didn't even bother checking it seems like as he found this out at the same time we did cause he can't bother to to lift a finger once he gets his money.We got the trunk almost 2 months after paying for it with them dragging their feet. But not the horn our lovely sales person couldn't bother to set up the appointment properly so now we have to go back again. They couldn't possibly try to fit us in then so we have to schedule another appointment. Where they have our car for another 4 hours. We call them and they say they haven't even started working on it and 20 minutes later they call us saying they can fix it and to take it to the manufacturers dealership and they'll pay.We set up a appointment and warn them we have. This 2nd dealership has been kind and concise and gets the car done in 3 hours. the car is ready to go by 1030. but guess what. They dragged their feet on paying. Doing it on their time leaving us to cancel plans because of their lack of communication. Jonathan told us last night he would bring the check over first thing in the morning and we didn't get our car back till 2pm the following day. On last twist of the knife ensuring I will never shop here again and I will always tell everyone I know never to shop hereOn top of all this every time I see Jonathan he's begging for a review.
