Comment : they refused to rotate and balance tires because tires had crack lines in them (really???) then they forgot to return wheel lock and so we had to make another trip to pick lock up.

Comment : Horrible experience, my parents bought a used car cash for 6,600 and a day later the ignition starts messing up and repairs are gonna cost about 1,000, yes I understand that’s the risks of buying a used car but ONE day later and they aren’t willing to help out, it would be different if it was several months later but one day later!?! I would not recommend

Comment : Autonation USA in Corpus Christi Tx. Is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Also don't expect any help if something is wrong there regional or general managers if your lucky enough to obtain a phone number will never answer or call you back. Furthermore if your lucky enough to find the "corporate number" they never do anything or call you back and you won't talk to anyone! Great credit and purchase a car every few years but will never step foot in a Autonation owned building again!!! I will not go into extreme detail. But this is the first review I have ever left in my life! Also if they offer you free gas fill ups or oil changes don't take them because when you report them to the BBB they will call you broke basically and say you begged for it. Eventhough it was offered due to the numerous mess ups and delays they caused!
