Comment : Literally how the car buying process should be! After a bad experience walking out of another Toyota dealer, I had a conversation with the Internet sales team at AutoNation and they promised me a better experience and delivered on every level. When I arrived, the Sales manager Austin set us up with Carla, who was wonderful to work with. Got a full look at all the inventory, narrowed down to top 3, reviewed specs and weighed pros and cons. She helped my wife and I pick the right vehicle for us! Austin also gave us a very fair trade in value for our vehicle making a deal my wife and I were very comfortable and happy with! The finance process was also no pressure and painless. From start to finish Carla and AutoNation made the car buying process enjoyable!

Comment : I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience after getting my oil changed at AutoNation Toyota. Shortly after the service, I noticed a warning light appearing on my dashboard, which was concerning and unexpected. In addition to that, I also observed that the protective hood or panel underneath the car was loose and partially coming off, which raised serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the work performed. Overall, this situation has made me question the level of care and attention given during the service.
