Comment : We just purchased our 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander, and Jeremiah made the entire experience exceptional. He took the time to answer every question, walked us through all the features, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. It?s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine kindness, but Jeremiah absolutely did. We left the dealership excited, informed, and extremely satisfied. Comment : I went to Toyota to get help pairing my Bluetooth on my fj cruiser 2012 there was this very attentive employee name Jeremy he was awesome it took him about 30 minutes but he got it done I just want to say all employees should be like him attentive helpful and very nice thanks to him I'm very happy

Comment : If I could give a lower score I would. If only the service department treated you the way the new car salesman do when your purchasing a new vehicle. I took my new car to be serviced due to a squeaky sound on the reverse brakes. I was told all new Toyotas were having this issue. Only 20 miles when I drove off the lot. You would think they wouldn?t sell if they knew there was issues. I also have been waiting for a replacement tire due to nail in tire. They said it would take 3 days for the tire to come in it?s already been 1 week and no call back. I?ve called twice and was told the first time that I would get a call back the next day that didn?t happen. I call back a second time and was transferred to voicemail. Horrible service. I will not recommend Toyota in CC to anyone and will definitely let them know why.BAD SERVICE

Comment : My husband's truck was beyond repair and was ready to be put out to pasture.
We were looking for a gas saving car due to gas prices rising. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted all we knew was that we wanted a toyota. We wandered aimlessly around the car lot for a while comparing prices. My husband decided to ask if the dealership was willing to trade in the truck for a fair price. That is when Paul stepped in. Paul pointed us in a direction and gathered information on our jumbled ideas of what we wanted. We told him our price range and he quickly provided us with a used toyota camry and off we went on our test drive. We inspected the car and asked questions. Paul was patient and knowledgeable. He showed us the carfax then guided us through all inquiries listed that we were concerned about. After we made up our minds and took our new car home there was an odor we hadn't noticed before. We contacted Paul and he promptly got back to us. Paul took care of us in a friendly, attentive, and considerate manner. Thank you Paul, we appreciate all your help!

Comment : After having my Hyundai break down repeatedly, I reached out to Toyota to test drive the new bz while my car sat in the Hyundai shop. Robert met me there, walked me over to Toyota, and had the car ready for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the team was able to get me in my new car before Hyundai even fixed my car! (Which, they didn't actually fix. I had to bring it back immediately.) Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very taken care of and did not feel taken advantage of in any way as a woman buying a new car by herself. Never driving anything but Toyota ever again!
