Comment : I bought my car here in 2025 after someone totaled my car in a pile up on the freeway. I needed a reliable car asap and they were awesome?understanding my needs and not trying to persuade me into something impractical. I purchased the vehicle care protection for routine maintenance for 60 months. It really was $0 for oil change and tire rotation and inspection, it only took about an hour, which i spent at a lovely nearby coffee shop (seesaw beans and coffee) . And everyone was lovely

Comment : Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie was incredibly patient, honest, and respectful of both my schedule and the long distance I had to drive. He worked around my timing, made everything easy, and never once made me feel pressured.

What really stood out was the transparency. They realized the original quote was slightly higher because of the ZIP code estimate, and instead of keeping the higher number, they immediately corrected it and honored the true lower amount. That level of honesty is rare.

The car looked exactly like the pictures on the website ? actually even better in person. No surprises, no hidden damage, and most importantly no hidden fees or games.

What truly made this experience unforgettable was that Jamie personally drove the car all the way to my home (about 1.5 hours away) himself, then took an Uber back. That level of dedication, customer service, and going above and beyond is something you just don?t see often anymore.

They absolutely earned a customer for life, and I would confidently recommend Jamie and the whole team to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, stress-free car buying experience.
