Comment : Very good service. Free coffee at the lounge while waiting. The promo for oil change with free tire rotation is very good for the price. Also, replacement cost for front ball joints plus labor was fair enough. My advisor is attentive and helpful to me for letting me pay my bill 3 months without interest…, Thanks

Comment : I was pleasantly surprised that the service area was not overly crowded. Repair prices were higher than I expected. I actually took my car to an independent repair place the following day for suggested brake replacement and paid half(!) what Toyota quoted.
The waiting area was very comfortable and roomy but I couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee machine. A little instruction sign would be nice. I probably will not return for future service, mainly because of pricing.
