Comment : This dealership scam you the finance department put 7,000 to 8,000 in upcharges sales you never ask for warranties coverage to people when you call them out .. they say oh we can take that out later .. don't go every to this dealership.. Mario and Tyler and finance guy from Austin Texas do yourself a favor pass this dealership right up crooks.. savings and Loan scandal in the 1980 and 2008 .. nothing like Bill heard and lone star Ford group ripping people off in finance.. this is what this dealership is doing 2020 .. pandemic finance playing a game greedy lying  buzzards.. if you walking keep walking.. they aren't qualified reputable to sale a  wheelchair

Comment : Update on my review: after an attempt to communicate with loyal owner, they tried to solve up my transmission issues and furthermore, they tried to offer me to trade my vehicle for a better one, although we couldn't end up on it.

Comment : First, I was disappointed b/c I found two nut bolts were broken in a rear tire. I called Kathlyn and she was very understanding of the issue and took action to have the issue resolved. Thank you Kathlyn for that.
