Comment : I?ve had a few blemishes on my credit, so I initially chose this dealership because it?s closest to my home. I originally just wanted a Sonata, but after my mom agreed to co-sign with her 700+ credit score, I decided to upgrade to the Hybrid Limited, expecting I?d qualify for a much better rate.
I had been working with Nathan in sales and Seth, the manager. At first, they told me they could get me financed at 18% with $5,000 down and keep my payment around $800. My mom wasn?t comfortable with that rate, which is why she stepped in to co-sign.
After that, I expected significantly better terms?but that?s when things took a turn. After waiting for updated numbers, another manager came out with a completely different offer: $6,000 down and around $1,100 a month. At that point, it felt like they weren?t being upfront or were trying to take advantage of the situation.
I ended up going to Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth with the same co-signer, and the experience was completely different. They got me approved at 6% with payments around $540/month.
If your credit isn?t perfect, be cautious. Some places may assume you don?t know better and try to push unfavorable terms. Do your research and remember?you have options?this isn?t the only dealership with inventory.

Comment : They absolutely deliver on their promises and exceed expectations in service, delivery, customer care, transparency, and professionalism! Antonio Rondon is a kind, calm, respectful, and polite salesman; I highly recommend him. I didn't feel harassed or pressured like I did at other car dealerships. They have the best prices on used cars; it was definitely a pleasant and satisfying purchase!
