Comment : Service department originally told me they were unable to work on my car for over a month due to having no openings for service, despite the car being 3 weeks old with less than 1000 miles. This is the only reason I knocked a star off.I went in-person the next day and they were able to get me in within 48 hours for an appointment for my brand new 2025 Tucson. My poor luck had my brand new car waiting on a part for 6 weeks, but AJ in the service department kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and everyone there was very friendly. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and my car was eventually fixed after the backordered part came in.Service department originally told me they were unable to work on my car for over a month due to having no openings for service, despite the car being 3 weeks old with less than 1000 miles. Comment : FIRST ELANATRA 2025 LEFT ME DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT WENT DARK DRIVING ING HOME AFTER TWO MONTHS. TRADING IT FOR A SECOND ONE WAS NICE EXCEPT FOR THE RAISING THE MONTHLY PAYMENT AND HAVING TO CANCEL THE WINDOW REPAIR PROTECTION .

Comment : The service department at AutoNation Hyundai was the bane of my existence for years and I am SO GLAD I traded in my Hyundai so I never have to deal with them again. What a freaking nightmare they were EVERY TIME I had to deal with them- and it was a lot considering the amount of issues that car kept having. Good riddance!Go to Ed Hicks Nissan instead!!
