Comment : Stopped by about two weeks ago to inquire about the 2026 Passport Elite in the Ash Green color. The salesman was completely uninterested and unhelpful, and was even dishonest at several points. I let him know I was very interested in getting the Passport Elite in green as soon as possible, and since I live in Valencia, I?d prefer to buy from my local dealership. He didn?t have any green in stock, but he didn?t even bother to check if any were coming in or if bringing one from a nearby dealership could be arranged.

Instead, he told us they only made ?4 or 5 green ones in the whole US,? and that I?d never get my hands on one. That?s absolutely not true, as they were available at nearby Honda dealerships. He then spent the next few minutes trying to convince me the green color was ugly and to buy the black one they had in stock, and kept saying the green was ?impossible to get.?

I?m not sure if he was new or just didn?t realize how easy it is to check availability online, but after about 15 minutes, we left. It was a very odd interaction, and it felt like they clearly did not want our business.

Two days later, I drove down to Gardena Honda and purchased the Honda Passport Elite in Ash Green. Completely different experience there. They were helpful, professional, and clearly wanted the business. It makes sense they got the sale instead of our local Valencia dealership.

Comment : I came in after purchasing a used 2017 civic sport hatchback via pvt party and found out through deep research that there was a recall warranty on the AC units being faulty. I brought it into AutoNation Honda Valencia and they were able to fix the issue under the 10 year warranty & also provided me with a detailed report of all the issues and services that my vehicle needs from minor to major repairs. Shoutout to Philip who provided excellent service and was very detailed & polite. I highly recommend this Honda dealership if you?re looking for one who provides excellent services for Honda owners.

Comment : My car needed a belt replacement, struts, and few other things. They did an amazing job and had my car back to feeling like it was new. Everyone was helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
