Comment : I had an appointment for a recall on my vehicle and was told it would take a couple of hours. Instead of 2 (couple) hours it took 6 hours. It was all about setting expectations. Had I been told it would be ready by end of day, I would have been ok but a 4 hour time difference was disappointing

Comment : don't like being expected to pay for dealer add ons I didn't order and don't like paying dealer inventory tax. They don't pay my income tax so why should I pay their tax? Comment : This car lot is the worst place to go get a used car! I will never step foot in this place again. Problems after problems.
