Comment : I took my Honda 2019 HRV to the Honda Lewisville to replace the PCM/Ecm two week later we pick up the vehicle was the radio asking for a code service advisor they say pushed the power button in it to reset. We did so many times doesn?t work I took back the vehicle to the dealer. Stay over there for a month working in contact Honda manufacturing they called me. This is not working. They give me an estimate for a radio for $2200 radio was working before we took it to them now I was stuck with the car radio is not working and they refused to do anything about it. Honda is the best car you can drive but start with the service advisor or manager in the dealer refused to help you that sucks.

Comment : Had a great experience with AutoNation Honda Lewisville. Andres helped us from start to finish and honestly stood out compared to other dealers we went to. He kept his word, stuck to the agreed price, and even gave us a better unit at the same cost, no surprises at all.

The finance part is what you?d expect anywhere, but overall the experience was smooth and straightforward. Really appreciate Andres for making everything easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend working with him!

Comment : Update 2026* I?ve purchased a vehicle at autonation in 2025. The experience was par for the course. It wasn?t crazy and there wasn?t a lot of haggling.

I will say the last few years the service department has been not up to snuff. In 2022 I stopped taking my vehicle in to autonation for maintenance because the wait times were excessive. 2 separate occasions I waited over 3hrs for an oil change (one time it was over 4hrs).

I dropped a vehicle off in March 2026 for an oil change and the I could not get in touch with the service rep. Finally got an hold of them the next day to find out my vehicle was ready for pick up the prior day.

Even dropping a vehicle off takes 10min.

I could give a few other similar experiences over but I will save the story. There are a reasonable number of Honda dealerships in the area. Maybe they have more consistency.

Can't speak to the sales side of the dealership, but I have been going to AutoNation Honda Lewisville for PM on my honda for over 2yrs now. The service department has always done a great job taking care of my vehicle and making recommendations. They have never been pushy on additional services. If they were going to take a while they have been great at offering the shuttle service to give me a ride someplace while they were working on my vehicle. Mr. Noris and Tammie McLeod have helped me in the past and are very open and receptive. Keep up the great work!

Comment : Bought a used car here. Told me the clutch had issues prior but is fixed. Straight lie you buy a 2019 accord with not even 100k miles and it breaks down within months of having it. These guys are terrible not to mention the process of getting the car they were very very pushy
