Comment : Depending on who you get stuck with, you can have very different experiences. Once I had an awesome experience with Jack and the service tech was very transparent and told me my brakes needed changing soon, and gave me a timeline of when I need to change the brakes. They even washed my car!

But recently they have been trying to sell me services and parts that my car does not really need. This is really disappointing because I liked this place so much before. They have been quoting me something outrageous, a long list of repairs. When I take the car for a second opinion from another mechanic or from my dad, nothing is wrong with the car and it does not need work/parts.

The representative I spoke to today, Melvin, was very rude. I have been waiting here for over 3 hours for a simple oil change with my 10 year old daughter and around the 2 hour mark, I asked if there was a time estimate before completion. His response was "I TOLD YOU it would take a while."
That was so unnecessary and rude for no reason. Learn better customer service skills please. My kid is hungry bored and tired and she still has better manners than you do as a grown man. Shameful. I think it's time for me to find a new dealership to get oil changes.

Comment : Unfortunately not a good experience.
I?ve noticed that customers often have to follow up, figure out what to do on their own, and keep reminding staff to complete services. For example, I scheduled an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived at the service department, there was no one at the desk to guide me or let me know where to go.

After asking around, I was assigned to an advisor who told me that a basic oil change and tire rotation would take up to two hours. However, it ended up taking more than three hours. I even saw my car parked in the ready-to-go area and had to repeatedly follow up with the advisor to get an update.

In addition, I also received incorrect information about my car recall. The day I brought my car in for service, the advisor told me I could schedule a complimentary upgrade from Ford. Based on that, I made another appointment. However, when I returned, the same advisor informed me that it was not possible at this time and that, based on my car?s model year, I would need to wait another two months.

Comment : The representative was very helpful and knowledgable. They suggested additional items that needed to be serviced and showed a video about what was done to my car. I had a time issue and was in and out with plenty of time to spare.
