Comment : Went here with my brother to help my sister look for a car and we were not impressed at all.

The salesman had a bad attitude from the start. Body language felt dismissive and not welcoming. It did not feel like he actually wanted to help, just wanted to get through the interaction.

The car we test drove was also not in good shape. The brakes did not feel right and the tires were basically worn out and close to bald. That alone made us not comfortable with the vehicle at all.

We also had to push just to get the Carfax, which should be standard and given right away without hesitation.

Overall the experience felt unprofessional and the car did not feel properly maintained. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Comment : I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership's service department. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday around 7:30 AM for a recall and AC issue, understanding it was a walk-in on the weekend. However, from that point, communication was severely lacking. I was informed only until Monday at 11 AM that no diagnosis had been even performed, which raised a red flag. It took multiple follow-ups and routing through Ford HQ before I finally received an update around 3:30 PM that a diagnosis was complete.

The dealership ordered the necessary part on Monday afternoon, claiming it would arrive Tuesday. Yet, almost at 1 PM on Tuesday, I was told the vehicle should be ready by the end of the day. Tuesday ended with no update, just a vague text stating the repair was still in progress. On Wednesday morning, I received another vague message, and after requesting a timeline, I waited 8 hours for a response, which only came at 4:52 PM, stating the tech was still working on the vehicle.

It took a full week to get my car back. Throughout this process, I made multiple calls, including reaching out to Ford HQ, which helped expedite some information. The dealership?s loaner department never contacted me after my call, and I was promised a follow-up from the service manager that never materialized.

The service manager attempted to justify the poor communication by claiming his advisor is not ?tech-savvy,? despite the ongoing lack of updates. While I appreciate the gesture of a free detail to try to make amends, I would not feel comfortable returning my vehicle to this dealership?s care.

Overall, this was the worst dealership experience I?ve ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for vehicle repairs.

Comment : Jaylen is literally the worst tech they have. Avoid at all cost. This location is terrible in general. If you don't want your vehicle trapped there, I suggest you look at a different location. Zero stars but that option isn't available.

Comment : I went in for an oil change and tire rotation (which is included.) Oil change took about 2 hours even though I had a scheduled appointment. When I received my paper work they checked off tire rotation, but they indeed did not rotate my tires. I could tell because my rim on the front driver side has a scratch and it was still in the same place after my service. They also didn't update my oil service miles, kinda makes you doubt that anything they marked off on your paperwork actually happened. Didn't have any problems with the team, just the service provided
