They screwed us around and then on the day of the deal they screwed us over? The ride was gone? We let them know the day before the appointment time and we were buying it. On the at they called with some bs story and cowardly Hod it when we got there. Don't waste your time. Obviously they found a sucker that would pay too much for the ride? First of all, I dropped the car at 9:30 and it was supposed to be ready by lunchtime! However, it took them till 5:30 (they simple wasted my day waiting!!). When I got the car and left the service department I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was shifted to the left almost 45 degrees! It was completely obvious that the steering wheel is off-centered! I went back immediately and I told about the problem, they looked at it really quick and told me to come next morning (for another hour of waiting)!!!! Upon initial arrival, neither of the two employees sitting near the door asked if my husband or I needed assistance as we emerged from the rain. Upon entering, at least (4) other employees were there, including a front desk receptionist and again nobody asked to assist us. Finally, a salesman came to greet us. After offering my license to be copied so that my husband and I could conduct the test drive ourselves, he refused to take it and insisted upon joining us, to my disapproval. After thoroughly test driving the Expedition and an F-250 Lariat, I asked to go inside to discuss what it would cost me to purchase the vehicle. The salesman (Mr Boswell I believe) told us the finance person was gone for the day and that he would call me the next day so I could come back and discuss the purchasing conditions. I have yet to receive that call. To make matters worse, he lied that the vehicle we test drove (which was the most costly) was the only Expedition on the lot with the moonroof feature I required and when I passed by the lot yesterday, the truck I test drove appears to have been sold. This is completely unacceptable service. I was always taught to visit places of purchase in the most meek and humble condition possible in order to get the most honest perception of the employees and culture. That day, the employees and culture did not represent your company favorably. I do not appreciate my husband and I being ignored, mislead and ultimately dismissed by not being called back. I highly suggest that in this time where online businesses are causing traditional brick and mortar businesses to close doors rapidly, that the staff at this location get a crash course in customer serve and not judging a book by its cover. Wrong judgments can lead to lose of revenue (and reputation). 1 Reviews Redspore Auburn, AL Reviewed : 03/25/2020 Comment : They were very good to me by not only giving me a great deal on the car I got, but by not pushing me into a car but letting me have the time to think about it, also explaining and showing me the stuff I didn't know. 5 star on that. Service area on the other hand is awful. I drop off my car on 04/22 (Monday) due to an check engine turning on. Come in exampled the situation to David (Service's representative), and was told it would be ready tomorrow. So I make arrangements with my friend/roommate to help me out with getting to and from work for the next 2 day. The next day rolls around and didn't hear anything from the Services desk, so I called to check up on the progress of my vehicle. Nobody was there to answer my call (it was noon) so I left a message. Wednesday, I called again that morning at 7 a.m. asking for an update. David told me that they haven't gotten to my car yet, do to it being busy and would will call me back later. Which he did shortly after with the update (it was a Catalytic Converter sensor) and with the promise that it will be ready tomorrow afternoon or early evening. On Thursday I called again close to 5 p.m. asking again for an update on my car, again was told by David that they haven't gotten to my car, and again was told that is will be ready tomorrow. Friday, my birthday... I still haven't got a call from them. I am so frustrated at this point that my friend who been driving me to and from work this whole week and the other places I need to go is now calling them on my behave. Again the same excuses and promise given by David but for later that day.... No calls. On Saturday I am done calling, I had to ask my dad (who lives in the next town over) for a ride to the dealership to either A) get my car or B) get a rental so I can go to work later that day. Still not done but this time David is bending over backwards to help my dad, giving him a run down on whats going on, why I still don't have a car, and the another estimated time on when it will be done. None of this information is being directed at me. I bought and paid for the car (it was new), I pay for the insurance, the gas, the tires, the oil changes, etc. The car is mine by all rights but it takes my dad to be there to actually be taken seriously. I was given a rental for the for the weekend and the promise of compensation for waiting so long. FINALLY I get the first call from the Service desk (04/29) this morning at 9 a.m. that my car is ready for pick up. Got there and was told to wait outside to get it.
