I hooked them up with Mason Mayes over at Sons and he handled them like a pro. If you need any Ford related products and you dont want to get jerked around with surprise fees, add ons, and fighting for hidden pricing, Sons is your place. Ask for Mason. He will take care of you

Comment : Terrible experience. They would not sell us a car because we got our own financing and sold our vehicle to Carvana. I am so confused. I also feel sorry for the salesman l because his manager wanted to screw us, he lost a guaranteed sale.

Comment : The experience from start to finish was exceptional! I am from out of town and was able to schedule my service online, get reminder texts and was met with courteous and friendly service! The work done was reasonably priced and I felt safe driving my vehicle out of town the next day !

Comment : Do not ever buy a car from these people!!! I have never in my life experienced anything like this…. I have tried in every way to contact someone in higher authority to help resolve my situation, I had a 2017 suv I paid 3000 down on an had for 2 days an with no real reason at all to come have it took from me with my belongings in it all because I recorded my phone conversation with them where they didn’t hang up the phone an they cussed me an badmouthed me until they realized I was still on the line meanwhile they calll me back an promise me in every way even a full tank of gas to come back an redo paperwork an they was gonna cancel service contract an give it to me for the payment they quoted an it was all a lie a scam they stole the car from me the next morning an won’t even take my phone calls about my 3000.00 down I also live about 3 hours from the Carlot and am a single mom cannot believe these people think that they can do me an talk to me any way they want to I have cried prayed begged an pleaded now to have no choice but to spend more money on an attorney!!!
