The car I originally wanted had a recall and couldn?t be sold, but they handled it professionally and got me into a model with a tech package! This wasn?t even a planned visit?I had originally intended to sell my car to Carvana, but since I?ve done business with AutoNation before, I decided to stop by and check with them. Even without an appointment, Craig was incredibly accommodating and asked me to just walk in.

Not only was the process smooth, but the offer I received was at least 20% higher than what Carvana gave me. We wrapped up the entire process?inspection, offer, and paperwork?in under an hour, which is almost unheard of.

What really stood out was the no-pressure environment. There was absolutely no push to buy another vehicle?just a straightforward, honest transaction.

Huge shoutout to Craig for making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend both AutoNation Ford Frisco and their We Buy Cars team if you?re looking to sell your car quickly and get a fair deal.

Comment : I purchased a $2400 warranty for my son?s car. It was a ?certified? used car but when I brought it in the had a $4500 bill on what they found needed fixed and then said they would only cover $800 parts and only half the labor. I recorded the call and when confronted with what they said about replacement, they agreed to do the complete labor. They are not fixing parts covered in the contract. Having to contact the warranty company on my own. A competitor dealership agreed to do some of the work for me to earn my business.
