Comment : Bought tires and the service advisor said they wouldn't be more than a year old. They were 2 years old and it matters cause the ones being replaced were due to age. I asked the service advisor to assure all 4 new tires had valve stem caps. She failed to do that.

I called Brad Erbsland (General Manager) at the business and left a message with the receptionist. He was in the morning meeting at the time. I never got a call back.

Comment : Experiencing truck issues is stressful enough but worse when it happens while on vacation out-of-state! Due to positive reviews, we turned to FORD AutoNation in Corpus Christi for help. We were immediately put at ease by Joseph and staff who were confident, knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming. Joseph kept us updated throughout the next 24 hours until the problem was detected and hopefully resolved.

Comment : I had a service appointment at auto nation ford. I called multiple dealerships that same morning. I called for a recall and oil change. Luckily Auto nation ford set me an appointment at 11:00 am. So I get there at 10:45 am and they took care of both items plus a tire rotation, as I went to lunch. This was an awesome experience, with great staff. Thank you?ll for going far and beyond to get me in and out.
