Comment : Listened to my needs and provided me good options to choose from. I ended up getting good features for the price I spent. Stephen, James, and Eric all worked well together help me complete my purchase in one day. No crazy sales tactics. Just all of us working to find and deliver what I needed.

Comment : Be careful driving out of your way to look at vehicles at this dealership. I spoke to one of the salesmen on the phone and even set an appointment to come view a specific truck due to how far I was driving. The online pictures made the truck look in great shape as an ultimate lariat. When I arrived, I found a vehicle that was ragged out with multiple problems at only 3 years old. The salesman could have at least had the decency to let me know before I drove 2 hours and the online add was very deceptive not showing any of the major damage. They said they were going to change their add but that has not happened and looks like just smoke they are blowing.

Comment : I gave them a 1-star because a 0-star wasn’t an option. I bought a car on 6/13/2025 which went smooth, because they wanted my business. Once the paperwork was signed the customer service disappeared. I have been unable to get the vehicle registered due to them not giving me the info to get it registered. I live in Oklahoma and have bought several vehicles from Texas dealerships over the years and have always had a great experience both before and after the purchase. But Autonation Burleson is the exception. I have called probably more than 10-15 times over the last 2 months to try to get the right paperwork or at least who to talk to that can get the info. I have been bounced around to 8 different people, some of whom just don’t answer and will not return calls. Amazingly, every person I have talked to says some form of “this is not my fault or responsibility” and no one has been able to give me information. They initially told me that they would get me a second paper tag since it is taking so long but then when it comes time to get it they tell me they can’t give me one and have to wait on “authorization” so I am sitting here with a car that I am unable to legally drive. I finally asked to speak with the general manager who said they would not reissue a tag so I just can’t legally drive it. So, 2 months later and I have never gotten the same story twice when calling for help. No resolution as of now. They are happy to take your money but once the paperwork is signed could care less if you can get the vehicle registered or any other issues.

Comment : I bought a used car from them in May of this year. When the temporary tags expired I called up there to see why I hadn’t gotten the tags. I never got a real answer other than Texas is behind in issuing tags. I have been dealing with this for a month
Today I called and spoke to the front desk who now told me they are looking for paperwork. I can never get a call back from any manager or an email response from anyone in the title department.
I have had to take the car in for service twice and requested a manager to call me, which now a week has passed and no calls from this dealership to myself have come.
