Comment : I wish we would have came here first instead of visiting other dealers. Mohmoud was great to work with. I?d definitely recommend working with him. Good experience overall.

Comment : I would like to give a shout out to JAY and change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Jay at this location reached out to me for a week before I could get back to him about my experience. He was consistent and kind, and offered me a FREE service on my purge valve replacement which is another issue with my Eco Sport. Jay, thank you for turning my experience around and proving that there are still really great people in this world who care about our experiences and want to make a change in the right direction. Thanks for all your support and kindnesses during this process. You def made me a happier and loyal customer. Thank you ??

Service Nightmare with Ford Dealership
Where do I begin?
In order, here?s how it went.
- only 2k mileage approved per loaner
- refusal to work with me on an SUV
- my service manager disappearing for 7 days with zero communication, including awful communication from supporting staff
- wanted to pawn off my loaner to Enterprise b/c they didn?t have any vehicles left to loan
- refusal to let me even have a car at all and encouraged me to ?just be carless for a week?
- only after calling corporate the dealership then adhered to my needs
- this was a manufacturer issue meaning, Ford was at fault. They had my car for 2+ months. This was supposed to be FREE of cost and they replaced a part without my consent and it cost me $$$ out of pocket

Sound like an admirable experience? Be my guest. Cheers to another greedy corporation giving people hell until we get angry. ??
