Car experience than I did recently at autonation ford amherst. Brandon Marcs was a GREAT and helpful salesman. And the Pete the sales manager went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. I left 100% satisfied. The Bronco is just great.

Comment : I would like to say I have bought a 2018 Honda ELANTRA and all I?ve been having was chaos. He told Marquan Batson, Everything under the hood is covered cause you have an extended warranty. You don?t have to repay for any repairs so I kept hearing noises under my car and I?ve took it to. They tried to act like I didn?t know what I was talking about so therefore I?m in pain on this car every month and I feel like this place is not about to rip off and I?m gonna contact the Attorney General because I feel that they take advantage of people and he told me and my son and I faced that everything is covered. You don?t have to worry about anything and so I feel like all of them being dishonor. I wouldn?t buy a used car from them because it ain?t number a piece of junk they say brakes struts all of that stabilizer they fix it up just to sell it and then once you get it, you on your own and to me, I?ve been taking this car back-and-forth to them and they just been putting a Band-Aid on it and I am really going to complaint somebody gonna hear me out because they need to know about y?all y?all number scams 100% safety check that?s a lie so I gave him one percent as a rating but it should be a half of one that?s how bad they are

Comment : Mary the advisor and David the mechanic are the absolute best people ever!! Not only did they help me out but they also helped me remove my car seat to be able to leave my car to be fixed! I will always recommend Amherst ford especially Mary as they go above and beyond!

I was contacted by GM Tron following my slew of issues after buying a car. Tron finally took the time to provide quality customer service and address my issues. He was helpful and listened to my concerns. I finally felt heard. Blaze and the service team were awesome in getting my vehicle fixed and accommodated me in a timely manner. My experience was turned around by Tron, Blaze and the service team. Thank you for taking care of me and fixing the issues I had. Auto nation went from a 2 star to 4 star review after these interactions, thanks for doing the right thing for me! That?s all I wanted

I have had more issues and tried to respond and call the number left in the reply by the owner. the number provided just goes to the ?third party AI service? phone tree which is by far the worst service yet.. no one EVER answers their phone here and you can?t get a real person for the life of you. I?ve tried calling NINE times this am with not one person to answer. The phone tree just restarts over. My used car I bought here (less than 2 months ago) is now in their shop with major repairs and another repair (which I was assured would not be an issue and if it was would be covered) is now ?not covered under the major parts and warranty?. I can?t even get a real person on the line to discuss my issues. So beyond frustrating. The service department is the only saving grace at this place who actually helped me out. Otherwise avoid, avoid, AVOID.

Please don?t buy a car here. They just tell you whatever they think you want to hear. Got a loan through auto nation finance with them (but don?t worry they aren?t affiliated with the lender) and having issues with my loan (the dealership told me one thing, the loan people are telling me the exact opposite). Called the dealership back to see if they could assist me and they left me high and dry saying ?once I purchased the vehicle it?s out of their hands?. turns out they really stand behind their customers (not). Will not be buying a vehicle or recommending them to anyone. Also PLEASE do not finance through Auto Nation finance ? they are a joke. And Auto nation ford (same name) is not associated with them apparently (eye roll) .

Comment : AutoNation Ford Amherst was wonderful to work with. Tyren and Jared were patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and happy with my purchase. There were a few cosmetic imperfections on the interior and exterior of the car, and they offered to take care of them and even drive the car back to me in Columbus since I had traveled two hours. The finance manager was also very helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience.

Comment : Matt Brown and Marquan Basin the made process of purchasing a new car very easy. We knew what we were interested In before, we arrived at Autonation. We drove a couple of models and then needed some time to think about it. There was absolutely no pressure by Matt.He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and could not have been more helpful.We made our decision and Matt did his part of the paperwork and then we met with Marquan to do the final paperwork. We actually have a long history with Autonation and Marquan sold us or last two vehicles. They both deserve Recognition
for going above and beyond.
