Comment : Autonation Ford was fantastic to work with for our vehicle purchase. We bought a used vehicle and it was immaculate inside and out. It had been serviced, fully detailed, and there was zero sales pressure to hurry up a decision. They were able to answer every question we had pertaining to the vehicle and provided a car fax report for it as well. My husband had mentioned jokingly about the least they could do was fill it up with gas, and sure enough, while we were signing the paperwork, they had gone out and filled it up and started us out with a full tank of gas! That was unexpected, awesome and so appreciated!! We worked with John Barcia and he listened to us, responded to our inquiry and communicated with me via my preferred means. Little things like that show you that they are paying attention to the details. Bottom line, we love our new car, and Autonation just got new customers for our next car. If you want a dealership that is transparent in their pricing, dealings, and listens and genuinely wants to help, then go to Autonation. They are fantastic and have excellent customer service.

Comment : The guy that checked us in was 100% great . And they said they couldn't find nothing so went for a rude and the noise didn't happen but I told them ok but I know there's something wrong so I thought we were done but no they looked at again and found that something wasn't tight and fixed it, they to me are very honest and great with what they do and would recommend anyone to them.

Comment : I was pleasantly surprised at how low pressure the sales team was.
I bought a new Ford Maverick and it was ready next day!
I feel I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in vehicle.
When i picked up my Maverick the salesman sat in the vehicle with me and showed me all the functions and even connected my iphone to the Ford website so I could use the phone to connect to the vehicle for lock,start,view conditions,maintenace etc!
I would buy again and recommend AutoNation to my friends!

Comment : Kaitlin was fantastic. She was super patient and communicated great throughout the whole process. She also helped me get what I needed fixed for a great price. And my tech Joe explained everything I needed in a way I could understand. When I need something else done, I'll be back to see them!
