Comment : The company claims to assist everyone regardless of credit, but my experience was quite different. At first, they stated I had no credit score, despite my report showing above 600. They then revised it to 552. The inconsistency in their figures contradicts their false advertisement so drive pink for lies.

Comment : Very satisfied with the experience. I was able to schedule my appointment via e-mail which was convenient for me with my work schedule. Check-in was also quick and easy. I was also satisfied with the communication while my vehicle was being worked on. Comment : I took my car in and was charged $4,200 for absolutely no work to be done. When I dropped it off (for misfires), there were only three additional miles on it, so they obvously didnt drive the car to make sure it was working properly. When i went back in to pick it up the car immediately had misfires. They claimed nothing showed up on their OBD scanner. I plugged my own scanner in and got immediate results on the exact issues. So we took it back and they said that because we didnt replace the recomended wheel. Misfires from that lets use our heads and be real now......Now, two weeks and $4,200 later, I still don t have my car. I finally get a call saying it s ready, and when I show up to pick it up, I m greeted by an incredibly unprofessional employee named Coby. Coby s customer service is a joke dismissive, clueless, and completely unprofessional. He didn t even know where my car was and acted like it was fine for me to be without a vehicle.
